Perfect place to start a site seeing of London. Contact with owner goes realy well. Local pubs and shops close by. So a good place to stay

This is was a perfect place for my sister and our adult children to meet from around the world. The place is so beautiful and the back yard space is wonderful. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked! It is literally less than a block away from the tube and very safe. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend!

This was an ideal stay for our family of 3 kids, two parents and one grandmother. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms were impossible for us to find in a hotel, and the extra space and garden were perfect. Location was fantastic - steps away from a major tube stop, which allowed us to navigate everywhere via tube. There’s also a grocery store about a 2 minute walk away so we ate breakfast in the flat every morning and packed lunch most days. We stayed here 10 days and saw all of London and Stonehenge. Alex was very communicative and helpful. One note for future guests: the bathtub has very high sides which made it difficult for grandma to enter, but she was able to use the standup shower in the master bedroom en-suite.

Plenty of room for the 5 of us, close to grocery store so we could walk to it. Good location.Would of like some information about how to get around using the underground rail or the bus system from the unit, but we made it work

This flat was filthy. The pictures were either taken 30 years ago or were AI generated.None of the pictures match what was advertised and we left a day early….the spiders crawling through the place chased us out.

Heather, I’m sorry your stay was disappointing. The listing photos are genuine photographs of the flat. I first heard about your concerns after you had left and replied asking for further details so I could investigate. Had I known during your stay, I could have arranged for the cleaner to return promptly to address any specific issues. I have since inspected the flat and recognise that the oxidation on the edge of the mirror and some paintwork shown in your photographs need attention. I will be addressing those items.

Roomy flat with garden patio, 3 min walk to Earls Court tube stop. 5 min to Earls Court shops, market, pubs etc. Also short walk to West Brompton station and cemetery, 15 min to Chelsea Stadium! All very convenient & easy, would definitely stay again.

The location was great and made for very easy travel around London. It was nice having extra space to spread out, and had plenty of space for our family of 5. Alex was easy to communicate with and was great in accommodating an earlier arrival time. We visited in the summer months, and the flat didn’t get much airflow which made it feel hotter inside than it was outside, however Alex did provide fans in each room which helped. While the flat was definitely cleaned prior to our arrival, and the sheets and towels were all fresh, the flat in general could benefit from a deep cleaning.

From check in to check out things were ran smoothly. The unit description was spot on. Having a grocery store nearby, the tube station, plus plenty of coffee places made it a perfect location. The host checked in part way through to ensure we had everything we needed for a good stay.

Everything was exactly as we expected. The flat is a great location to access the tube and bus services. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms to spread out. The wifi was very fast. We would stay here again.

We stayed at this property as a family of 6. 2 adults, 2 kids ages 8 and 10, and 2 grandparents. We were all very comfortable in this unit and didn't need to use the sofa/bed in the living room. The location is great, a short walk to the the tube and supermarkets. We took full advantage of the space by having a quick breakfast before long days of walking and city touring. It was nice to come back to a living space after being very tired at night. The unit is located in the ground level, you need to go down some steep steps to get to the unit and it was a nice surprise to enjoy fresh air in their spacious backyard. We visited during the summer so the outdoor space was enjoyable. There is no AC in the unit but the air was fresh outside so we kept windows and the backyard door always open. They provided fans as well which helped. We enjoyed our time. Thank you.

This was our first trip to London with 3 kids aged 4 to 11. Locations was very convenient, 1 block away from Earls Court underground which made it easy to get anywhere we were going in central London. Also, it is a short walk to the Southern line which was very helpful for getting to the Harry Potter tour at WB studios. There are also several grocery stores and kid friendly restaurants very close. Plenty of space for us and the 3 kids. Kitchen had all the essentials. 2 bathrooms was also a nice feature with the 5 of us. Overall, this property was exactly what we needed for our trip.

This is our second stay at this property. Alex is a very responsive, accommodating host. The property is lovely, plenty of space and all you need for a few nights in London. 30 seconds walk to the tube and it is an excellent location.

Location was excellent, close to grocery stores, restaurants and of course the tube station. The place was much more equipped to cook in the flat then our stay at a preleading stay at another flat. Host was great to communicate with.

The property was very well located super close to the metro and in a safe neighborhood. It was down the street from a supermarket which was very handy. I would stay here again. The host was great and very responsive.

The flat was well-maintained and suited us very well. The location was excellent, just a couple minutes walk from a small grocery store, a tube station and a train station. The neighborhood was nice as well. If you are in a wheelchair or have mobility issues this is probably not the location for you since it's only accessible by a small but steep staircase. However that was not an issue for my family. Also, communication with the host was great. I felt confident that if we had an issue (which we did not) that he would answer promptly.
