502 Tarpon Pond
A newly updated kitchen with granite counter tops, cabinets and stainless steel appliances greet you as you enter this Tarpon Pond Cottage. This kitchen has a new Samsung refrigerator with a digital component that allows you to watch news and listen to music through Pandora using your log-in information! The kitchen is conveniently open to the great room allowing everyone to stay engaged in the family conversation. The great room has a wicker sectional sofa, a large HDTV and a dining table for six. Sliding doors lead to the screened-in patio which has a large round table for six and a spectacular view of the 7th green of the Ocean Winds Golf Course. Next to the patio is an open deck with a table for four and a propane gas grill.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king size bed, a smart HDTV and an adjoining bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower complete with a rain head and body sprays. A sliding door allows access to the open deck and a view of the golf course. Across the hall is the second bedroom with a queen size bed, a smart HDTV and access to the hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Head upstairs to the loft room which is open to the great room downstairs. The open loft has a full size and a twin size bed each with decorative coastal white headboards. There is a small private bedroom in the loft which has a twin bed with a trundle, HDTV and an adjoining bathroom complete with a walk-in tiled shower.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for rental gate passes:
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
Bring (1) family dog, up to 50 lbs. Additional fees to apply.
This Tarpon Pond Cottage is the perfect place to spend a vacation or a holiday with your family and friends.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
