An air fryer would be very nice for two people. An electric plug outside for EVs (mine is an ev/hybrid - so no problems. Did I miss info about bike rental? Otherwise very nicely appointed. Good location. Nice location.

We truly appreciate your excellent suggestions regarding an air fryer and an exterior EV plug—we are always looking for ways to upgrade the guest experience and will definitely be sharing these ideas with the owner! As for the bikes, while they aren't included with this specific property, there are several fantastic local rental companies on the island that deliver right to the driveway. You were fantastic guests, and we would be absolutely honored to welcome you back to Seabrook Island anytime!

This was our 3rd summer family vacation on Seabrook Island, although it had been 7 years since we last visited. So happy to be back! First time staying in the Summerwind neighborhood. The Starfish cottage was fantastic with ample room for myself, husband, and our 2 young adult sons and nephew. I was impressed by the cleanliness when we came in. Access instructions were provided in advance and there was no problem with the combination door lock. The kitchen was one of the best stocked rentals I have stayed in. Plenty of pots and pans, glasses and utensils. The large teflon frying pan probably needs to be replaced though. Beds were very comfortable. Living room sectional and chair were of good quality and comfortable. Absolutely loved the screened in back porch with comfy furniture, ceiling fans and string lights! We rode our bikes to the beach a lot, but there are also parking spots at a few of the boardwalks. Would recommend renting a beach wagon as house does not come with one. Didn’t spend much time at the club pool. Water was very warm and cloudy. Was happy that amenity cards were included in this rental as some are not and you need to pay xtra. The Seabrook island app that you need to download to use for paying and getting in to pool and the Pelican’s Nest restaurant, was not user friendly and did not work well. Despite this, I loved our stay, the Starfish Cottage exceeded my expectations and would rent again. Seabrook Island is a beautiful getaway!

It is wonderful to hear you enjoyed the spaciousness, the cleanliness, and especially the screened-in back porch. We appreciate your feedback on the kitchen supplies and will replace that frying pan right away. Your tip about renting a beach wagon is also very helpful for future visitors. We are sorry the Seabrook Island Club app and pool were a bit frustrating. Those amenities are managed separately by the club, but we certainly understand the hassle and appreciate your patience. Thank you for staying with us. We would love to host your family for another island getaway in the future!
