Alamogordo

Great property and location. Check-in was easy, house and kitchen well furnished. It was ideal for us since the dog tournament we were in was at the Tays Center (like less than 5 minutes). Michelle is quick to respond and very easy to work with. This is the 2nd time renting this property and when/if we go back, we will be looking to stay here again.

Perfect Place to Stay

We have stayed at this property multiple times and will likely come again. Michelle is an accessible and communicative host who makes the process easy. The two bedroom is a perfect size for us, and our hosts make sure we have everything we need. Highly recommend.

Great Location

Location was great for out trips to White Sands NP. The kitchen was well equipped and there were several nice touches like some bottled water and tissues. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfy beds in a Quiet Neighborhood

A very comfortable stay - beds were the most comfortable we've slept in! This is an older property and shows its age a bit, but was clean and in a good, quiet neighborhood. A very fair price and a relaxing stay.

Dog show

My wife and I had entered our dogs into a dog show for the weekend there. The venue was close by to the property making it an ideal location for us. I would stay there again.

Alamogordo Spring 2024

Great host, great location. Close to White Sands and the mountains, we went hiking about every day with our 2 little dogs, then came 'home' to either cook or eat takeout. Worry free accommodations, could not be happier!!

We got evacuated from Ruidoso with our 3 dogs, Michelle let us check in early because we had no where to go. The location is excellent. The place was clean. It’s a great place.

Convient and quiet location

We were very happy we stayed here, all the amenities were provided and the perfect size for us. The sleds in the garage were a bonus - we took them to the White Sands for some fun! The property neighborhood was very quiet!

Surprise!

The property was as descrbed in Vrbo site. A few things that could be addressed were the living room furniture. The recliner was hard to collapse and the couch recliners didn't work. Pull cord for the fan control broke the first time we used it. Everything else was great!

Quaint duplex for very reasonable price

The duplex was cozy and had all the basic amenities we needed. Plenty of blankets, towels and dishware. The communication was excellent with the owner and the check in and check out process was smooth. Accessibility to things in town was great and for the price, the stay was just what we needed!

Birthday Visit

The property was as it was listed!! The location and neighborhood was very comforting. We took a walk around the block in the mornings. It was a very relaxing visit with our son for his birthday. Thanks to Michelle and Tony for letting us into their home!!

Clean and comfortable

The house was clean and had everything we needed to live comfortably while we were there. The owners were quick to respond when I emailed due to an AC issue. The problem was found and fixed right away. Location was great, not far from stores and restaurants that we frequented. Our family was able to enjoy our visit to NM, all while having our own space.

Comfortable and Quiet

This is a beautiful VRBO property with lots of amenities and thought put into the comfort of the Guests. It was clean and had a well-stocked Kitchen for cooking. It was easy to get to other places and sites in Alamogordo and there was a food market close by. We plan on returning to visit our family in this area and will stay here again. Michelle is a wonderful host and prompt to cxommunicate with us. Thank you!

Perfect stay!

We arrived in Alamogordo a few hours than expected and the owner let us check-in early. The home was just as described. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary supplies (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc), although we never cooked a single meal lol. Plenty of space for my family of 3. Beds were very comfy, so the previous reviews stating comfy beds were 100% accurate. Having a washer/dryer was a huge plus for me, because I don't like coming home with tons of laundry to do. We were centrally located to plenty of restaurants and stores (Walmart is right around the corner). Outside sitting area was great. Very private.

Wonderful property!

We have stayed at this property twice. The second stay was based upon needing to be close to the International Space Hall of Fame, and it certainly is, only a 3 minute drive. The property itself is just perfect for a couple or small family and is well furnished with posh living room furniture and a modern up to date kitchen. We used the kitchen sparingly but did use the oven to warm up some pizza! We also used the outside BBQ grill that is also fairly new and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet at night and is blocks from any major roads. The owner is VERY helpful and friendly and is easily contactable if a problem arises, but in our case everything was perfect! I have another highschool reunion coming up and we will definitely stay here again!

Clean, bright, comfy and well-furnished home

What a great find! This house was the perfect home base for exploring Alamogordo, Tularosa, Ruidoso, White Sands National Park, Three Rivers Petroglyphs, and Cloudcroft. We really enjoyed the lovely patio and private back yard. The house itself was just lovely, all the windows brought in lovely light and views of the mountains. The kitchen was so well equipped with absolutely every appliance and utensil we could possibly have wanted. We truly felt like it was "our" home. The location was perfect - on a very quiet street but just blocks from groceries and restaurants. We'd love to stay again if we come back to Alamogordo.

Perfect!

Everything was great! The house was very clean and located in a nice neighborhood. The fenced backyard was perfect for my dogs. The main bedroom’s bed was so comfortable…I could have stayed all day in that bed!

FABULOUS

Honestly I have never felt so spoiled at a location. There was everything you could possibly need for a lovely stay. We were able to have family over for a cook out. This was so cozy. We brought our fur babies and they loved it as well. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to many sights and locations. I would use this place again and again and have recommended it to my other out of town family that come to visit.

Perfect Place

We were home for Thanksgiving and wanted to be close to our family but have our own space for the week. This two bedroom was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and well situated with a kitchen that allowed us to cook for ourselves and prepare what we took for Thanksgiving dinner. The property owner, Michelle, was communicative and responsive and has made the space comfortable and accessible. I highly recommend it.
