Perfect location near the Big House, spacious, & with all the comforts of home!

Watch the world go by from the cozy light-filled living room, or walk out the door and be minutes from Michigan Stadium and Downtown Ann Arbor. This is the perfect place to stay for football weekends or a family visit to Ann Arbor any time of the year.

Enjoy the fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen which connects to the dining and living area with large-screen TV/sound system. A beautiful new fireplace will keep you warm and cozy! The family room in the lower level provides extra space to stretch out and includes an additional large screen TV.

Three cozy and comfortable queen beds in the three main floor bedrooms. The fourth bedroom in the lower level has 2 twins (day bed) and the adjacent family room has a queen size futon for additional sleeping space if needed. Sliding barn doors can be used when needed for privacy between family room and the lower level bedroom. The fabulous lower level bathroom is accessible from the bedroom or from the family room area for convenience. Max occupancy is eight people.

The owners of this house continuously work to perfect all of the comfort details we feel are important to guests. We stock extra towels, blankets, kitchen basics, etc. A two car attached garage with a breezeway entry into the house will keep you dry on a rainy or snowy day. Two additional parking spots are available in the driveway.

We had a great time . Stayed here for the Morgan Wallen concert. Easy check in with zero issues . Even could hear the concert from the lawn. 10/10!

A great place to stay in Ann Arbor! And it may be even the best place since the hosts Mary and Josh are so gracious and communicative. My family loved staying here for the holiday week and found it even cozier in the snow. Big thank you to our hosts who even took care of snow maintenance while we were there! Wonderful stay and when we come back in the future we hope this home will be free.

This was the perfect stay for our family while we attended a concert at the Big House. Amazing balance of quaint older home with updates. Loved the simple checkout process as well. Wonderful hosts... highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay

The rental was clean and well equipped. It was close to the stadium and downtown. We had a great time and would give this place a thumbs up 5 star rating.

Amazing Stay

Can't recommend this place enough! Very spacious, hosts were friendly and available during check-in and checking out was a simple and easy process. Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood close to downtown Ann Arbor and the football stadium

Perfect location to stadium

Everything a family needs to have a great stay. Very well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and plenty of room to relax. Mary is so friendly, she happily showed us around and answered messages instantly. We were greeted with cookies and flowers. Best VRBO we’ve stayed in.

Excellent in every way

Very happy with the stay. Easy to get to the Big House. The house is well-stocked, nice for having a pre-game bbq. I’d stay here again.

Great space

Friends and I stayed while in town for the marathon. It was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect space. The fireplace was amazing and it felt so cozy and welcoming.

UM game and campus tour

Just as advertised, clean quiet comfortable and close to the stadium. Short and easy Lyft ride away from central campus or downtown. Much appreciated, would stay again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at this very comfortable home. Checkin was very easy and owner was very responsive and accommodating. The gas fireplace in the living room was perfect for the cold nights. Home was very clean and well taken care of. Would highly recommend!!

Michigan Football Weekend

Wonderful accommodations within walking distance to the campus and Stadium. Clean, comfortable and well stocked house...perfect for a tailgating weekend or visit to Ann Arbor. Highly recommend and plan on returning soon.

Great Michigan football house

Fantastic house and location for a Michigan football weekend! Plenty of room for our group of 8 to hangout and sleep. Easy walk to the Big House. We hope to come back next season.

Great spot for a football weekend

Perfect location for a football weekend! Spacious, beautiful property, with recently updated rooms and fixtures. The owners are great to work with, check in/out was a breeze, the home is well stocked for cooking/entertaining, and our group had a truly wonderful weekend. Thank you!

Great location!!!

We could not have asked for a more perfect location, or place to stay! This house is fully stocked with anything that you could possibly need… very comfortable with multiple living spaces to hang out in which makes it perfect for multi-family and guests! We will be back for sure…!!

This 1949 built house is updated, comfortable & quaint. The hosts maintained excellent communications with us to ensure we were comfortable & okay, & to let us know when they would be over to do yard work. The fully stocked kitchen has everything one needs to make a full course family meal on a gas stove/range. The bedrooms are quite comfortable & the basement area family room is cozy with ROKU TV. There is also a myriad of games for the entire family! Just be in the know that the upstairs living room TV is a Sony Android set that connects directly to the home Wi-Fi and has streaming only. We used the living room fireplace once upon our arrival as it was rather cool at the end of May & we were quickly warmed up. Michigan Stadium is only a 15-minute walk from the house. If one is energetic, one cold also walk to the downtown area. There is also a city bus stop in front of the house that goes south & a bus stop across the street that goes north. For morning coffee, you can sit at the dining room table & watch vehicles, runners, & walkers out of the large dining room window. If the opportunity arises where we need a VRBO in the Ann Arbor area, we won't hesitate to stay here again.
