Welcome to Cramer Cottage, a picturesque retreat nestled in nature with the famous 'John Muir Way' walking route seen from our viewing point in our lounge . This enchanting property offers a perfect blend of classic charm and modern comforts, making it an ideal home for those seeking tranquillity, elegance, nature and adventure.

➞ There are two bright, spacious & clean bathrooms. One with a shower and bath and the other with a walk in shower. Additionally there is a WC consisting of a toilet and a sink.

➞ Our home offers comfortable living areas, perfect for kicking back and relaxing on the large sofas whilst watching your favourite movie on our TV or socialising at the dining table chatting with friends & family. We have a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and a separate lounge with a log burner.
Outside seating is also available allowing you to socialise by the hot tub or whilst watching the children enjoy our outdoor play equipment. We also have an outdoor firepit that can be enjoyed whilst looking out on to the fishery and beyond.

➞ Our fully equipped kitchen & utility room offers a hob and double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge freezer, wine cooler, instant boiling water tap and coffee machine. Perfect for cooking family meals to be enjoyed at the dining table which comfortably seats 12 guests.

Our helpful team are on standby 24/7
Our home is located in the grounds of a fishery with 2 lakes to choose from. Although the property is located within these grounds, your tranquillity remains undisturbed due to the expansive grounds on which the property is set. The fishery, including the cafe are open to our guests to use during their opening hours. The friendly staff are more than happy to assist our guests during their stay.
Additionally there is a farm cafe and soft play just over a mile away which also offers activities such as Alpaca Trekking amongst others.
Free private parking is available for as many vehicles as you and your guests require either in the driveway of the property or within the grounds of the fishery.
Our property is conveniently located just a 30 minute drive from Glasgow City Centre & 40 minutes drive to Stirling City Centre. Glasgow Airport is only a 25 minute drive from our home giving our international guests easy access.
Guests should be quiet between 19:00 and 11:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are allowed
This property will accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
There is a refundable damage deposit of £1000. This is taken prior to the guests stay.
The 2 requirements below are managed through Air BnB's platform. For other booking platforms, guests will be sent a link directing them to our guest portal to complete the relevant information.
