Sammy’s Cottage – comfy and cozy for you and your pal Spot!

Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer you “Sammy’s Cottage”. This updated 2 bedroom, one bath vintage island cottage is located in the historic Kings Terrace Subdivision and situated on a large .33 acre lot. Sammy's has a large back deck perfect for sipping afternoon cocktails while enjoying the beautiful live oak trees and wonderful island sunsets.

The nicely furnished living room has a 48" flat screen HDTV with an upgraded cable package and plenty of seating for you and your family! The Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom each have 32" flat screen smart TVs and very comfortable bedding. Your doggie will enjoy the roominess of this cottage as well as access to plenty of walking trails in the area.

Sammy's Cottage is in a great location - less than one mile to the main Pier & Village area and less than 2 miles to the best beach access points! It’s the perfect location for riding the many miles of biking trails waiting for you. Don’t forget to look for the SSI Tree Spirits hiding all over the island!

Sammy’s Cottage is the perfect dog-friendly cottage located at 217 Anguilla Avenue on beautiful St. Simons Island.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Dogs are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee per pup.
• Parking is available for 2 cars in front of the cottage
•1.9 miles to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, 3/4 mile to Pier Village

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs with upgraded cable packages at this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

St. Simon's vaca

We are planning to move to the island as our primary residence. It was our 2nd time on island since May. Thanks so much to Property Mgr for allowing us an early checkin because we moved from another rental on the same day

Perfect little nook

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This little cottage nestled into a wooded neighborhood was perfect for what I needed to do for the week. Convenient to the pier. Was able to make it like home for a week of a combination of work and fun. Everything was comfortable, and although there are neighbors, it still felt like there was plenty of space (nice back porch and backyard). It is very close to the airport, which might bother some folks, but the noise was only sporadic and as a former military member, it didn't bother me. Really enjoyed my stay, and as always, Real Escapes did a fantastic job with all of the administrative communications to make check in and check out very easy.

Wonderful Cottage Getaway

Perfect

We had such a great time in St Simons. The house was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Communication was prompt and polite, and the check in/out process was very easy. We would go back and I don’t say that about everywhere I stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at Sammy's Cottage last week. We just had a few nit picking things happen. Like our first evening there the smoke detector starting going off in our bedroom atpund 1am scared us out of our sleep. We hadn't used the microwave, stove or anything that evening also. Second, the water pressure is the bathroom shower was alittle slow. Sometimes I felt like all the soap wasn't getting out of my hair. Lastly, the bee's nest under the front porch awning. Not a problem it's nature I was just worried being allergic. Other than those few little things we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great little cottage

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was perfect for the two of us and our 2 pets. It is very nicely decorated, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is convenient - a short drive to town or to beaches. Although it is near the general aviation airport on St. Simons, most takeoffs and landings take place in the day. We never heard any during the night.

Went they Real Escape Properties. Great group of people. House was so cute. Huge backyard. We sat on the back porch and drank sweet tea watched the sun set House was clean and so comfortable Great for small family or 3 or 4 people. Close to everything on the island Will stay again

La perfection

Chalet parfait pour 10 personnes. Toutes les commodités sont là . Rien ne manque , c’est comme si on était chez soi. La situation du chalet est parfaite , à 7-8 minutes des pistes en voiture , village super sympa, une expérience que l’on revivra certainement.

Great little house.....but....

We did enjoy our stay at Sammy's cottage this past week. First the positives....it was a great location and we loved having our pup be able to stay with us during our vacation. The house was very comfortable and easy to stay in....the beds were very comfortable! A couple of negatives....it wasn't that clean. The bathroom rugs had poo on them (disgusting) and when I picked them up to move them to the washer there was poo all under them all over the floor. If the house was "clean" the housekeepers would have caught that FOR SURE! It honestly looked as though the bathroom just got overlooked entirely, and seeing as there was just one of them, I kinda find that hard to accept. In todays day and time.....bathrooms need to be very clean!! I also tried to contact the rental agency and got a never ending ringing and automated message that they were 'busy'. I even left a message for someone to call me and NO ONE EVER called.....now that is unacceptable! If we make the effort to call and leave a message saying to please call us back then we need assistance, and yes I needed assistance, and I definitely felt like I was not important enough for a response. So from that stand point, I was very disappointed. I do not want this to come back negatively on Sammy's though, again it is a great little house for folks needing a small space and pup accommodations.....and from that stand point we would pick it again!

Propriétaire très disponible. Magnifique chalet. Station agréable. Séjour selon nos vœux. Contact avec l'agence responsable de l'accueil et du nettoyage inexistant. Nettoyage à l'arrivée très approximatif (poubelle de SDB non vidée, restes de fromage dans les caquelons à raclette, déchets divers dans les tiroirs,... )
