Welcome to Ocean Walk B-6!

Ocean Walk B-6 is a two level townhouse located at the entrance to Ocean Walk Community offering three comfortable bedrooms with two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the main living level. The large living room with flat screened TV, electric fireplace is the home's gathering center. There is a patio off of the living room. The kitchen has been completely updated along with new flooring throughout. There is also a 1/2 bath located downstairs.

Upstairs is where you will find three super-nice, comfortable bedrooms. The master has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan and en-suite with a tub/shower combination. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan; the second guest bedroom has a set of adorable twin beds with a ceiling fan. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination complements these two bedrooms.

Ocean Walk is a picturesque condominium community within walking and biking distance of the Village Pier, shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. The very large campus offers a park like setting with century old oaks shading the various buildings. Palm trees and colorful foliage landscape the two large swimming pools, one of which is heated from September - April each year. Other community amenities include a sizeable duck pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis court and a children's playground.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Dogs are allowed for a $100/pup non-refundable fee (Limit 2)

• 1 mile to Massengale Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Coast Guard Station Access,1/2 mile to Pier & Village

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)

Love Ocean Walk!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great condominium complex! Ocean Walk is the perfect place to stay on the south end of the island. We walked to dinner every night with so many restaurants within 1/2 mile. One thing, I wish we could have used the keypad instead of 6 adults keeping up with 2 keys.

Great place and very close to downtown so you can walk. Stayed there with my three teens. Plenty of room to sprawl watching tv, although we loved the dining room for games. Thank you!

Check in was smooth. Since there was not anyone checking on our checkout day, the host allowed us a later check out time which was a huge help. The townhouse was in a great location and a short walk to the village. We would definitely stay at this location again.

The location suits us well for bike riding and walking. Our only disappointment was in the cleanliness upon arrival. We found crumbs in the master bed and had to switch sheets. There were also a few dirty dishes and pans in the kitchen. The condo is great, the cleanliness not so much.

Nice Condo and location

Comfortable well equipped condo. Beds are fine. Bathrooms small but functional. Nice kitchen and living room. We have stayed in Ocean Walk on numerous occasions and this was one of the best equipped units we have been in. Ocean Walk is perfect location for biking, close to downtown, and not far from beach.

Fulfilled all our expectations for a relaxing stay!

Great location to the village and beaches. Walking distance to nice playground and pickle ball. Complex had pool, playground, ping pong, duck pond, small gym area, and corn hole. We were told there were no beach towels or beach chairs, but did find some at the house. Comfortable spaces for our family to rest from all the activity. We love SSI and come every year. This was the best place we’ve stayed for the location. Highly recommend!

Great property

This townhouse was amazing! Located right across from the heated pool in the community. There is a dog park very close for those with furry family members. Very clean. My son has dog allergies which can make staying in rentals a problem and he had no issues at all (they have an air ionizer on the central air system). They even mailed us an item we left behind by mistake. If renting in St. Simon look no further.
