Self-check in is from 3pm on date of arrival and all details for accessing the property will be sent to the main guest 24 hours prior to your stay.

PRE CHECK IN
Pre-Check In is administered automatically by our system after a booking is made. Please kindly complete this to improve the safety and security of our guests, staff and properties.
~ We require some standard information about the lead guest for every reservation including full name, address, email and telephone number.
~ Identification: We request a copy of the ID of the person making the booking, or the lead guest ahead of releasing check-in information. This is to comply with insurance purposes and improve the safety and security of our guests, staff and the property.
~ Booking Terms and Conditions: We require a digital signature from the person making the booking or the lead guest to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of our Booking Terms and Conditions.
CHECK IN
Please kindly note that our standard check-in and check-out times are:
~ Check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival.
~ Check-out at or by 10am on the day of departure.
~ Early Check-in and Late Check-out may be available for your stay and can be purchased within your Guest Guide (accessible via the link after Pre Check-in has been completed) under the Additional Services section. Please send a message prior to purchase to check availability.
HOUSE RULES
Our detailed House Rules will be sent to you after booking but please kindly note:
~ No parties or events are allowed at any time.
~ We cannot accommodate pets at this property.
~ Guests must not smoke within the property at any time and any used cigarettes must be stubbed out and disposed of safely. Please do not throw these onto the floor. If it is found that smoking has taken place inside the property a charge of £200 will be made for deep cleaning. This excludes any damage charges due to, for example, cigarette burns in contents.
~ Please respect our neighbours at all times when inside and outside the property and avoid excessive noise at all times.

TRAVEL COT
We offer a Travel Cot upon request. Kindly message us 48 hours prior to check-in to arrange for preparation. A fee of £25 will apply. Please note that you will need to bring a sheet for the cot with you.

Please note our polite requests below which ask of all guest reservations at the property:
1. Please ensure no parties or events are held at any part of the property at any time.
2. Please report any breakages or missing items to me straight away to avoid additional charges.
- There are no pets allowed at the property.
3. Please do not use shoes inside.
4. There is no smoking inside the property at any time and any used cigarettes must be stubbed out and disposed of safely. Please do not throw these onto the floor.
5. Please respect our neighbours at all times when inside and outside the property. Please avoid excessive noise at all times and especially between 9pm and 9am.
6. If you're travelling by car and using on-street parking, please drive and park with respect to other road-users and residents who will need to access driveways and their own cars.
7. Please use the correct bins for recycling and general waste. Please take note of the specific instructions regarding the waste and recycling at the property provided with your check-in information.
8. At check-out, please kindly leave the house as clean and tidy as possible to help me prepare for following guests. Close all windows and lock the property before leaving the key back inside the lockbox and, where appliable, scrambling the code to lock the box. Please do not post the key through the letterbox.
If, during or after your stay, we find evidence or are made aware that the above requests have not been respected, or excessive cleaning or waste removal is required after check-out, additional charges will apply.
