The views from this private house are amazing! Close to town, yet up on a hillside you will enjoy awesome views of the La Sal Mountains, the red rock cliffs and the nightly twinkling lights in the valley below. With three bedroom and 2 bath, this comfortable home is the perfect retreat for six people or fewer. It features an intimate setting at the top of Overlook Road - Spectacular Views of Moab Valley from covered deck, covered patios, and over-sized windows in bedrooms. Beautiful cherry hardwood floors - Large Windows Open living/dining/kitchen area – One King room, Two Queen Rooms – one with a master bathroom, and single hide-a-way – Full Kitchen with Refrigerator, Stove top (no oven), Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Crock pot, blender and Toaster Oven - Wi-Fi Internet Access – Bike Storage - Two Private Patio/Decks with Gas Barbecue. Available Off-Season as a Monthly Rental - 1.5 Miles from Center of Town. Hiking trails nearby! Small one bedroom apartment located on property above garage area (owner maintenance area). House and apartment both have separate driveways and separate private patio and decks. (There are NO shared areas)

Great place for active vacation in Moab!

We had a phenomenal time and really appreciated this location. It was well equipped and clean. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because of the lack of dishwasher. Amazing views and nice bike storage. Communications were easy with owner. Thank you for a wonderful vacation !

Comfortable stay above the hustle and bustle of Moab

We stayed here four nights with a family of six, and it made a great base camp for exploring Arches and Canyonlands.

Perfect family retreat

This house on Overlook Road has great views of Moab Valley and the La Sal mountains to the east. It’s a perfect family hangout and central to everything around Moab. The house is clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Home, location and view!

The home was comfortable in every way! Beds were great, very clean, nicely decorated, two great bathrooms. Location to downtown Moab very close and the view from the front windows and back patio were awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay

Perfect location for a stay in Moab. Peaceful location, yet close to everything. Check in was easy. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. Everything in good working order. Plenty of linens and cooking supplies. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Arches vacation

This property is very conveniently located near Arches National Park as well as a short drive to Canyonlands National Park. The house was perfect! This was my first experience with a swamp cooler and with the 100 degree temps, we stayed very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here and would rent again.

Amazing views, quiet, comfortable, truly a gem

Amazing views out of every window. Two comfortable porches that expand the living area. A well-stocked kitchen, incredibly comfortable beds with top of the line linens, plush towels, strong wifi, close to so much but apart from crowds. Thoughtful touches not always present in other rentals: plenty of basic supplies, ice in the freezer, essential spices. It felt like home. What a terrific host spices. And terrific communication.

The place was very Clean good location. My only complaint was the Air Conditioning the lower bedroom was very hot they said to leave a window open so the cold air would go in the room BUT the screen had a big gap so bugs could get in.

Girl's Weekend

3 of us met halfway to enjoy each others company, the house accommodated us perfectly. We visited the National and State Parks and spent the evenings on the deck enjoying the view from the Overlook Abode. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

A few days to visit national parks

The location of the property was excellent. Plenty of room. We loved both porches. The views were great. Most of the house was clean and tidy. Except for the one downstairs bedroom, the comforter was full of dust, and the sheets did not smell fresh at all. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely come again

Awesome views out every window!

Enjoyed our stay at Moab Valley three bedroom home. Had everything we needed. Sunrise and sunsets from the two patios. We were close enough to town for us and 15 minutes to Arches. Canyonland was 45 minutes to the entrance gate. Would stay again if passing through this way.

Amazing views

The property was quiet and peaceful with amazing views. Directions were clear with no issues checking in or out. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Sunnie the property manager was very helpful anytime we needed anything. Thank you Sunnie we had a wonderful stay.

An amazing location and a great house views beyond belief

Every need was met with this stellar house. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen adequately supplied and all this so close to down town. There was a friendly neighborhood dog that we became attached to. The view were 180degrees of Moab and the mountains to the south.

Overlook Abode is a quiet location, close to town. The views are the best in the valley, and there is plenty of outdoor space with covered patio and deck to take it all in.

Hiking and Biking access from house. It is a great place to unwind after a long day exploring. Some people just like to stay and enjoy the views of Moab without ever leaving the property!
