Welcome to our Moab home! Consider this vacation condo your 'home away from home' and base of operations for all of the memories you and your family will make in Moab and the surrounding areas.

Relax and unwind in our modern day kiva located within minutes of downtown Moab, Utah. All on one floor (no stairs!), our condo's 3 bedrooms include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and twin-over-full bunk beds in the 3rd. Your family will have plenty of room with an open floor plan decorated in a Southwest theme and furnished for comfort. Vaulted ceilings and skylight windows add to the spacious feel inside.

Recreation in the area is dominated by hiking, mountain biking, “Jeeping”, rafting, camping, horseback riding, and much more, so you will definitely appreciate the amenities our vacation rental offers. Imagine a day spent exploring the nearby parks and scenic byways, then coming home to a refreshing dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub. You probably won’t spend much time indoors but, when you do, you’ll have free WiFi, cable, 4 flat screen TVs, stereo, and a DVD/VHS player for entertainment. You can also unwind with less techie items such as the gas log fireplace, a bottle of wine from one of the two local wineries, and the beautiful views from every window.

We love the outdoors but we also love our creature comforts! Our vacation rental is geared toward making you and your family and/or companions comfortable and welcome with virtually everything you need during your stay. Fully outfitted to allow as much or as little cooking as you desire, the kitchen includes many extras so that you can have a lovely “sit down” dinner or a stress-free meal cooked on the gas grill. You'll also enjoy casual dining on the private patio surrounded by gorgeous rim views, a constant reminder of the natural beauty of the area.

Not only is the two-car garage great for your vehicle, it also provides a way to store your bikes, outdoor gear, and any other “toys” that you may use when exploring the State and National Parks in the area. Bring your spirit of adventure - and plenty of water - and enjoy!

Well appointed quiet location

Nice Property!

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. It is beautiful and comfortable. The condo complex is quiet and blends in well with the environment. Communication with the owner was great. Only downside was that the rollaway bed was not comfortable and there was not room for it in the bunkbed bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Met our needs.

Great place & location met our needs. Couple things need attention- toilet in master bedroom is very wobbly, wall above the window in dining area looks to have water damage ( paint & perhaps the drywall wall is pealing). Took the table runner off the dining table & old food was under it( pieces of bacon on table & floor)

Comfortable Condo

While it was just my husband and myself, we could easily have hosted several more people at this comfy condo. It was clean and nicely appointed, and the bed in the primary bedroom was awesome, as was the shower in the primary bath. (Can't speak to any of the other beds because they weren't used.) The kitchen had everything we needed to eat all our meals in, which was nice because we were too tired after full days of sightseeing and hiking to want to go back to town for dining. For the same reason, we never went to the pool, but that was not that much of an enticement for us since none of our kids or grandkids were with us. It was great to have the laundry equipment available as we were en route back to Colorado after attending a wedding in Draper, so we were able to pack fewer clothes than might have otherwise been necessary. This was our first trip to Moab, but we would definitely try to secure this property again if we were to visit again, and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Perfection!!

Traveling with an adult son and 5 children under the age of 6, this home met all our needs. It was in a perfect location for day trips and when it came to cooking meals everything we needed was right at hand. The decor fits the area and the furniture was comfortable. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to experience a great vacation.

Comfortable and well-equipped

This is a great property. It is a bit past downtown Moab in a quiet community. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped. Cooking equipment was all very high quality. The community has a nice pool that was great to cool off in after hikes in Arches. You can also park in the garage which was nice when visiting in the summer. Owners were very responsive to any concerns.

Going to Moab in June is not for the faint-hearted. Luckily, we were able to stay here and found everything we needed. Given the heat, having a pool available was a lifesaver. We had everything we needed. Note that the property is 5 minutes from town(if you are looking to be able to walk everywhere and not get in your car). It wasn't a problem for us.

Perfect place to spread out and relax after a busy day!

This was perfect for our family - a grandparent, two parents, a teenager, and a pre-teen. It gave it room to relax and allowed us to easily have some cheaper meals in the room and do laundry. We spent most days very busy and it was always a joy to return to our VRBO. We did have some difficulty finding our unit in the dark as all units in the subdivision have the same address and then are labeled by letters/numbers. There were some seasonings and spices above the microwave in the cabinet and just about every tool needed to make our in VRBO meals!

Great Stay

We loved our stay in this Moab VRBO. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings, well equipped and supplied. Garage was a bonus for storing and charging our e-bikes. So close to the pool, which we used everyday after returning from our explorations. Great to be so close to but just enough away from the frenzy of Moab.

Great Moab Base Camp

The house was perfect for our 3 night Moab stop in our quest to visit 6 national parks. We liked that it is away from the craziness that is downtown Moab, which made it a peaceful place to retreat after long days at Arches and Canyonlands. Very well stocked kitchen and outdoor patio area. Great house that we’d definitely come back to in the future.

Beautiful Stay in Moab

We go to Moab twice a year, and this location is our go-to spot to stay. This was the nicest property we have stayed at - LOVE the same-floor living and spacious home! We'll definitely look for this one again!

PERFECT STAY AFTER LONG DAYS

Home is described as is, Master bedroom is beyond huge and beautiful. House has most everything you'll need. Close to everything in area, having garage was a HUGE plus. Never made it to the pool but looked very close. Great stay in MOAB. Arches Ntl Park ranked #1, Dead horse State Park a GREAT visit too. Needed more time, we'll be BACK!! Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

Moab 2024

Location was great as you have no traffic but if you have off-road machines on trailers you have to walk out to them. Kitchen stocked with every kind of pot or pan that’d you’d ever need, awesome. Thanks, we had a great stay.

Great place for family stay in Moab

Surrounded by natural beauty, The Road to Moab is the perfect place to enjoy all the area has to offer. The unit is clean and spacious. The owners are really great to work with. We had a change in our travel plans and they quickly helped us shift our stay back a day at no cost. Awesome place. Highly recommend!

Another national park visit

Perfect for 2 couples. We spent most of day at Arches NP, and then relaxed at the condo and cooked in. Loved the well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and the outdoor patio. Terrific views all around.

With four adult children (grown and on their own thankfully!), we live in Virginia with our German Shepherd and spend our spare time being active, having fun with family, and going new places. We fell in love with Moab the first time we ventured there and worked seriously for three years to get our own own place there. Patience and hard work paid off and we're so happy to have our own little slice of Moab heaven in Rim Village!

Why the heck did we pick Moab as our second home??? Well, we're both employed in the environmental field and our vacations are centered around enjoying the great outdoors. When we came to Moab the first time, we felt that we had truly come home. No matter what activities we wanted to do, it seemed that Moab and the surrounding areas provided us with the opportunity. Every year, we try to experience something more about Moab, the National Parks, Utah State Parks, and the other parks and attractions within driving distance (such as the Grand Canyon, Mesa Verde, and Santa Fe). So, we bought this property to have a location in the heart of what we believe is truly America's greatest attraction of all.

This specific condo appealed to us because of its location and the views from almost every room. The skylights and the open floor plan in the kitchen/dining area provide an uplifting atmosphere and brighten our moods every day, while the peace and tranquility of the location soothes our souls. Our little trickster, Kokapelli, can also be found throughout the rooms and he simply makes us smile. So, while there are so many amazing activities to enjoy (hiking, mountain biking, rock-crawling in Jeeps, rafting, etc.), the most unique aspect of The Road to Moab is its serenity. We feel our home in Moab is very relaxing...and we hope you do, too!
