3 BR, 2 Bath Appealing, single family home for rent just a minutes walk to the beach. Central Air, washer and dryer, renovated kitchen and appliances with everything you need for your convenience. Rental includes 2 parking spots in front of the house, and street parking is easily accessible for overflow parking or guests. Unique fenced in outdoor patio area with patio seating and a grill. Outdoor shower, beach chairs, and beach tags are provided. Very kid friendly.

This is the ideal vacation rental for romantic getaways for couples and life long memories for families of all sizes and ages.

Brigantine is a very quiet, cozy and relaxing family friendly town that you will enjoy year round! There are restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops, playgrounds, golfing, fishing, etc. just minutes away. Atlantic City is just a 10 minute drive/cab/Uber/Lyft ride away offering endless daytime and nightlife options!

Clean and Bright

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home in Brigantine. It's a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The host was immediately responsive of any questions I had. We had 2 young children with us and the house was perfect - no interior stairs to worry about, lots of toys, and even a nugget couch! Would absolutely recommend.

Beach trip

My family went on a beach trip and booked the house. It was exactly as advertised on the app. The beach was super close and the house was very clean and was great for my 3 year old and 6 year old. I would highly recommend this house for your own future trip!

Sweet beach house

Perfect week. Child & Momma friendly. Available for us were pack-&-play, high chair, toys, games, beach wagon, beach toys, beach chairs, beach games relieving our needing to pack such items! A big thank you to Danielle for being a gracious hostess.

Beautiful home on the North end of Brigantine

This home did not disappoint. It is conveniently located near the beach—a 4-minute walk. The house was clean and beautifully decorated.

Prefcet set up for beach week

Host provided everything we needed for a great family beach week. We saved space packing bc beach toys, chairs, cart were on sirlte. Plenty of towels, cleaning products, etc. House was well organized, clean & had details were werent expecting like beach reads, toys, childrens books. Easy walk to the beach & short drive to restaurants & stores. Felt like home away from home!

Amazing Home

This house was perfect ! Short walk to the beach , spotless and clean. Danielle provided linens / bath towels and amazing beach toys for the kids . We hope to make it an annual stay.

Great Family Getaway

Great house. Very clean. Loved the outdoor hang out space and the dining room and table for family meals and playing games. Host was incredibly responsive. We had an awesome vacation in this beautiful house and the beach was beautiful too.

Summer vacation

This was a great house for our summer vacation! We had 4 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of room and we enjoyed the outside sitting area! It was also nice that there were beach chairs and a wagon for us to use so we didn't have to pack those items! The owner was responsive to any questions we had and answered them promptly! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay!

Annual Family Weekend

Loved the beach house. One floor, plenty of room with us being a party of 4 adults, 3 children 6,3 and 1 year old. Fenced in Front patio with comfortable outdoor seating, large market umbrella, gas grill. Enjoyed morning coffee or evening cocktail. Little ones had fun playing there too. I have not meet Danielle, I am assuming just from her text and emails she is a lovely person. I had to reach out to her not for a problem I had forgotten the password. She returned my text immediately. House is up to date with appliances and furniture. Very Clean and comfortable. All your needs are there as listed. I would definitely book her home again. Danielle thank you again.

First time at Brigantine

We enjoyed our stay! Neighborhood was very quiet and a quick walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped and we ate the majority of our meals at the house. Danielle was prompt in answering any questions we had!

Perfect Stay

Everything was perfect- super close to the beach, more spacious than the pictures, and easy communication with the host. We especially appreciated the small, bonus details we weren’t expecting, like a booster seat for the baby, toys, and family games.

Beautiful beaches!

The house had everything which was great, the beaches were beautiful and easy to get to. Danielle was easy to get a hold of and very helpful with any questions I had. The house is in a quiet location, away from everything except the beach which was a quick 2 blocks away. Our first time here but we all agreed we would go back! ☺️

Loved it!!

Looked exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable! Beautifully decorated cute little house by the beach, Danielle the property owner was great answered all questions etc. I would highly recommend this and I’m planning to stay there again next summer!!

Awesome Place, Terrific Vacation!

What a wonderful vacation my family had at Danielle's place! It was our first time staying there, and we were surprised to see how much she had gone out of her way to make sure that her guests were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, the towels were plentiful, it had all the beach gadgets that you would need, and a great range of toys and games for kids (and adults) of all ages. Check-in and communication were smooth and effortless, the place was spacious and beautifully furnished, the location was terrific, and I could truly say that our 6-week stay there amounted to one of the best family vacations ever.

Great Stay in Prime Location!

Wonderful beach vacation home 1.5 blocks from the beach. The house is totally renovated, super clean, cozy, spacious and nicely decorated. The on-suite has a jetted tub to relax in. The outdoor space included a bbq grill, and comfortable patio furniture with a solar powered umbrella to enjoy during the cool summer nights. The owner was great at communicating before we arrived and during our visit. Check in and out could not have been easier. We look forward to staying here again!

Great spot for a family

Clean and quiet... exactly what we were looking for. Property manager was prompt and polite with her responses and information. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for relaxation far from the shore "party" scene.

Really great property!

We had a wonderful 4 day weekend here. Danielle the property owner was so nice and attentive. The house is located by a great beach and 25min walk to restaurants. The house was very clean with updated appliances and bathrooms. We did have to wash the linens and remove our trash in order to avoid a fee that I wasn't aware of before booking. The laundry was a little tough to get done before checkout. Would stay here again!

Hello! We are so happy to have you looking at our house and hope that you can create as many memories here as we do! We currently live in Lafayette Hill, PA. My husband was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, I am from Newport News, VA. I grew up 30 minutes from the beach and NEED it in my life. We purchased our house hoping to give our children (4 and 5 years old) the same memories I love living near the ocean! We can't be here all the time, so we are hoping to share our home so others can relax and build memories with their families, friends, and loved ones as well.

Our house is in a quiet neighborhood on the North End of Brigantine. The beach never feels overcrowded and its a very short walk from the house.

While growing up and spending so much time in OBX, I have tried to incorporate some of my favorite things into our beach home to give it some Southern charm. Game night! You will find lots of board games. There is also some crafts provided to paint your beautiful sea shells you have gathered on the beach. Don't forget the amazing patio space we have where you can relax and grill and enjoy some fruity cocktails! (PS: this area is fenced in, so if you have little ones, there is a little peace of mind as well).
