Have it all for summer fun. Fishing, crabbing, paddle board, kayaking, boating, Jet Ski, swimming all from your private floating dock in your back yard. 100 ft. wide lagoon in back and Great Bay in the front of house with view of Atlantic City. Fisherman's dream great fishing on Great Bay and Graveling point, record strippers. Dock your boat or Jet ski at the dock. Bay beach walkable, LBI 15 min away. AC is 40 min less by boat. Have the kids crab and swim right off the dock.
House has spacious open floorplan with an array of windows with water views from each room. Central air, 2 zones. Sleeps 10 to 12 comfortably, outdoor shower and huge front deck for bay views and large rear deck for BBQ. 10 spacious rooms and open kitchen. quick access to bay so bring your own boat, kayaks or Jet Ski's or rent nearby

Great hosts; very accommodating! This was our third year staying at this spectacular waterfront home . Unparalleled views of Great Bay and Atlantic City from the front of the house and ample dock space for your boats and water toys out back. Paddle boat, SUP, floats, life jackets, etc.. provided by the hosts. Multiple boating/fishing opportunities plus a variety of waterfront restaurants to choose from. Endless back channels for exploring and gunk-holes and sandbars for chilling on your boat.

Beautiful house with views of the bay and lagoon in the front and back. The house was stocked with all the necessities which made a pleasant stay. The host Daniel is very nice and gave a ton of suggestions of what to do in the area and was very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to stay again! Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed

The house was great. Very clean, plenty of room and spectacular location. Looking at the bay in front of the house and the lagoon in the back. We were down for 4th of July week and there were fireworks everywhere. Was able to put my boat on the floating dock and fish in the bay. Host was also available if anything was needed. Definitely will be back again.

Great roomy house with great layout. Unparalleled views of Great Bay from front of house; from inside and from deck. Sunrise and sunset views. Great boat dock, deck and outdoor space in back. Easy access by boat to bay and several choices for fishing, beaching on sand bars, waterfront dinning, etc…

Great mini getaway

Had a great time at Dan place, he was very receptive to our messages and gave us wonderful tips. The house was well equipped with everything, we had fun crabbing in the lagoon and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets.

Incredible views and location

This is our thirst time staying and and we will be booking a fourth! The home and host are so welcoming and accommodating. Only a quick walk to the beach, and short boat ride until you’re in the bay - something for everyone

To start off, communication was excellent when it came to entering the house and any sort of tips for the area. The location was amazing with perfect views all around the house. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The entire group loved their stay at the house. Would without a doubt rebook the house if we return to the area in the future! Couldn’t recommend the place more.

Exceptional bay view within clear site of Atlantic City and if that's not enough the lagoon is in the back yard so we are on a peninsula. 65 ft floating dock provides for crabbing and fishing off your own private dock. Dock your water toys with bay access only a few hundred feet away and no bridges. Sunsets , bay breeze you will not want to leave. House is well maintained and open floor plan with huge windows.
