We had a fantastic stay! The home was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and perfectly located near Five Points. The host was incredibly responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and amenities

The house was spacious and comfortable and in a great location. Walking distance to 5 points with lots of restaurants. Richard was welcoming with snacks and drinks for us on arrival. The house was perfect for 3 couple with plenty of space for hanging out. Would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend at this beautiful home

We were so very thankful to find this beautiful home to house our family when we came to ATH for our daughter’s graduation from UGA. It was a perfect location that allowed our entire family (including grandparents) to stay together avoiding the hotels. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The owner was very responsive and helpful with a few minor questions. Backyard patio was perfect for gathering in the evening. Front porch was great for early AM coffee. Highly recommended! Thank you for a memorable weekend!

Home away from home

From the time we checked in, we felt right at home. The home has a large living room with plenty of space for our family to hang out. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need to make a home cooked meal or a take out buffet for a large group. The owner, Richard, stocked the home with tons of snacks, frozen pizzas, soft drinks, water etc. He was always available for questions and responded quickly. I would highly recommend staying there. The home is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. I wish we could have taken advantage of the beautiful backyard but we weren’t there long enough.

Perfect house for a UGA visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Richard is very thoughtful with not only the basics of leaving the home in great condition for your stay, but also leaving snacks and treats in the house. The house was well-equipped which gives it a much more "home" feeling than some other homes that we have stayed in. We will definitely visit this home again on a future trip to see our UGA student!

Great Graduation Stay in 5 Points

The house was spacious and in a great location. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He even provided snacks and drinks for us! Top notch!

Second time at this home it’s very nice and comfortable and in a great location! Our host Richard is very accommodating and has everything in the home that we needed during our stay. We would surely stay here again whenever we’re back in Athens!

Great Place!

This was the perfect house for our trip to Athens. It was walking distance to the stadium, but still provided a homey atmosphere. The house was clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful time and will definitely do it again!

Already planning next year's trip

This was the perfect place to stay for Parents' Weekend. We shared the home with another couple and their two younger teenage kids. Plenty of room for the college kids to come over, hang out and get a homecooked meal. Easy walk to the stadium. Convenient to stores you may need while there. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Definitely recommend, but not for next year's Parent Weekend- we want it again:)

Bulldogs Game Day

We really enjoyed this home it is in a great location to attend a UGA ballgame and lots of great restaurants nearby. The home is very nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need. Richard was a very accommodating host! We would rent again if we attend another game!

What a great place to stay !

When you first hear from Richard confirming your reservation you get the feeling this is going to be a good choice. Then when you walk through the door, you hear a few wow's, one likely from yourself, and you know. Beautifully furnished and decorated, clean and spacious. All six of us were very comfortable. Even treats left out to enjoy. Easy walk to the campus and stadium but far enough from stadium and campus for peace and quiet after. We'll be back. Thanks Richard..

Perfect Athens Home

If you want a great experience in Athens this is the place you want to stay. We were there for a game day weekend and Richard was the perfect host. The house was immaculate and was stocked with drinks and snacks to get our weekend started off on the right foot. The house is within walking distance to the UGA campus and Sanford Stadium. Several restaurants and bars are just a couple blocks away and DT Athens is walkable as well. Communication with Richard the owner was great. If I make it back to Athens again this is where I want to stay.

Exceeded my every expectation

From the first contact with Richard , the total experience was seamless The house was gorgeous I stopped by the store before we arrived. Bought soap, tissue, waters, etc. When we arrived, i could have skipped the store trip. He had snacks, waters and toiletries. The place was spotless. He was very attentive and really wanted our trip to be as pleasant as possible. You can’t go wrong with this host or this property.

Great House

The house looked like a showroom and was perfect for the six of us on a game day weekend. Each couple had their own space and own bathroom. Richard met us at the house to see if we needed anything. It was a great weekend.
