Thank you for taking your time to review the property and provide us with your feedback. I&#39;m afraid construction is something that can pop up at any time. In this instance, it was a quick turnover on a neighboring property. We also have since provided cushions for the outdoor chairs.

We appreciate the review and feedback, Ann! We can assure you the beds are of high quality, although we apologize if they weren&#39;t to your liking. As far as the other comments about the cutting board, our team is available from 9:00am-6:00pm daily to assist with any items that may be missing from the home.

While we are sorry to see this one star review, we want to explain what we can for future renters. We worked diligently after hours to assist these guests with any issues that arose through their stay and attempted to make this right by them to the best of our ability. We appreciate these guests informing us of the smell in the garage so that we could address this problem immediately. As we explained to them, the property was prepared but it is not typical for our team to enter through the garage in the summer time, nor did we smell anything out of the ordinary while we were there. Luckily, we were able to expedite the gas company there to resolve this immediately while the group went to dinner. As for the barbecue, it didn't have any issues in regards to a gas leak, the knob's connection had simply stripped so the propane was difficult to turn off at the knob for these guests. They have all since been replaced, so this will not be an issue moving forward. It seems these guests had a run in with a few items that are very atypical so I want to assure future renters that this home is in great shape. And as always, we are more than happy to help if anything pops up!
