A few steps from the Alameda Central, Popular Art Museum, Memory and Tolerance Museum, Fine Arts, Latin Tower, etc. Connected with different means of transport such as Metro and Juárez and Hidalgo metrobus, ecobici, turibus.
It is located in one of the best complexes in the area, with swimming pool, gym, laundry and cafeteria cost within the facilities. Restaurants and shops in abundance.
We accept pets, dogs only, 2 maximum, at a cost.

Avenida Juarez, one block from the building, closes on Sunday to vehicular traffic, so that cyclists and walkers can enjoy it. Some days it's also closed due to public demonstrations, without this affecting those who work or live in the area.
It's important to inform our guests that, if they rent a car, there will be hours of traffic congestion (a normal situation in a metropolis), and in those cases it's common to use the Waze app, to find alternative routes.
There's an additional cost of $200 pesos per day ($12 USD). If necessary, it's important that you inform us in advance.
Late check-in will incur an additional cost of $20. Monday through Friday, we consider late check-in to be from 4:45 pm to 9 am. Saturday and Sunday from 4 pm to 9 am. Payment will be requested via Airbnb.
Early check-in:
Early check-in costs $500 pesos, it will be possible as long as the apartment is available, clean and able to be delivered.
Payment for this service must be specified before arrival and will be requested via Vrbo.
