Experience Old Oriental. Picturesque family home nestled in the heart of Oriental. Stay in town within walking distance of boat ramps, waterfront, town beach, shops, live entertainment, and fine dining.

Quaint family retreat rented by night or week. three bedroom one bath house with large fenced-in back yard. Tastefully furnished, full kitchen, central heat/air, cable, gas grill, (pets welcome ).

Includes use of cruiser bikes and has a screened porch complete with porch swing and rockers. Ideal couple or family retreat. Children and pets are always welcome here.

Love this house

Great property-charming home, large porch half screened in and half open air. Large fenced in backyard for our four legged family member. Ashley is a wonderful hostess-we will be back!

You can’t beat this location! Within walking distance of the Bean and Brewery. We stayed the weekend for our family reunion and it was perfect!

Great home away from home

Our family had a great time visiting extended family over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was clean and well kept. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owners were great to work with and answered our questions right away. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We will definitely come back again!

Superb location in Edenton

Loved this historic home in Edenton. Great location, everything we needed- including super comfortable beds after a day of bike riding. would highly recommend to anyone visiting Edenton.

Great location and very clean lovely historic house

This historic house is exactly as described. It is so convenient to walk anywhere in Oriental. It was also exceptionally clean and well stocked. The host was available for questions and the check-in and check-out process was easy.

Great home and town

Ashley was great to work with and the home was great! We enjoyed the home and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to sit and relax inside and the screened porch is great!

Great location, charming house. Just what we wanted.

We had a great time at the house. Perfect location for our stay. Lots of nice amenities. The only thing missing is a dishwasher, but that's a minor quibble.

Adorable house

We had a great short stay at this adorable historic oriental home. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Walking distance to most things in Oriental. Would definitely stay again.

Cute Cottage

Great place to stay in Oriental. Check-in was so easy. The screened porch was a nice place to relax in the evening and have coffee in the morning.

Great location

We have stayed here twice and really like the location. You can walk or bike to everything in Oriental. This time we took sailing lessons at Bow to Stern- highly recommend. We had a wonderful visit and will be back!

Great Location

With this stay, you feel like you are a guest in someone’s home. The location is great. One bathroom is a little challenging if you have more than 2 people.

My brother David and I were willed our grandparents home when our father passed away in 1996. We rent it selectively so we can keep the place in the family.

This property was home to our great grandparents, our grandparents and is where our father grew up. We spent a lot of time there and continue to have wonderful memories there with our own families. With the numerous songbirds, 100 year old pecan trees and the original tin roof, you may want to stay a while.

Much of the furnishings are original pieces and photos of the Pugh family are scattered in the home. It is a special place and we welcome you to make your own memories there. It is a peaceful place and very relaxing. Use of the cruiser bikes is a wonderful benefit. Riding around the town on a bike is the best way to see it.
