Absolutely charming house! The host, Nancy, was very responsive to our questions and gave us several suggestions for things to see and do; which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect; literally minutes from the Falls. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very cute and quaint. We enjoyed our stay. The blue line wego pick up is right behind the house and in front of the Ramada inn so very convenient to get around.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Niagara Falls!! It is close to everything……within walking distance. Home was clean and well furnished for our family. Just was responsive very timely prior to and even during our stay. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Property was exactly as advertised and an easy walk to the falls. The host was very easy to work with, had great communication, and even provided local recommendations. Would recommend!

The house was clean. The towels were new and smelled fresh. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Things were clean well organized. The parking was right in front of the house and we were within a 15 to 20 minute walk of restaurants, entertainment, and especially the the waterfall. The host responded promptly to all of our communications would definitely recommend this property. We would stay here again. If we came back to Niagara Falls. The only thing I would advise is the downstairs. Shower is kind of small be fine for children, but it was kind of small for an adult to try to shower in. There was a bath and a larger shower upstairs however

We had a great stay. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was in a nice, safe area and was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Communication was easy, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!

Great place to stay! Everything about this listing was true...close to the falls...clean...quiet...just a overall great place. Communication with owner started right away, she was quick to answer any questions we had and responses were fast. I always have a little bit of anxiety staying at a VRBO but her quickness to respond to my email made this go away. If you are looking for a place near the falls, book this house!

Nancy was an amazing host and the property was perfect! We were able to walk to everything (Falls, attractions, Clifton Hill, etc.). The WeGo stop in front of the Ramada even made it easy to get to the Butterfly Conservatory (and you can take it all the way to Niagara-on-the-Lake) without ever having to drive or park. The house was incredibly clean and convenient. Everything was perfect!

Amazing location. Close to everything and still a nice quiet place of you wanted to sit outside. Price was perfect and checking in was very easy. If I ever go back I’ll definitely be booking this house again.

Good place to stay. Close to the falls and other attractions. Neighborhood is a little shady at night time in the immediate vicinity but we were driving so not a big deal
