It was a very comfortable sleeping situation lots of room for all of us. Was easy to get to and close to a lot of things. Was very clean and very well taken care of.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Our stay was very comfortable. We particularly like the location, as the house is only 2 blocks from a WEGO bus stop.

Cute little house that matches the photos in the adds. Everything very clean and neat inside. Parking on property in the driveway. Would stay there again.

This house is beautiful and so quiet and peaceful but still close to everything fun. We got to meet and talk to the owner who was very nice and very obviously takes good care of his property. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone taking a trip to Niagara falls!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with our family! Traveling with little ones can often feel overwhelming, but this property made everything unbelievably smooth and comfortable from the moment we walked through the door.The hosts truly thought of everything families with small children need:Kid-Friendly Entertainment: The selection of children's books and games kept our kids happily entertained during downtime. It was such a thoughtful touch that saved us from having to pack half our toy room!Baby Essentials Provided: Having a sturdy playpen and a reliable booster seat ready to go made mealtime and bedtime so much easier. Not having to haul our own heavy gear was a huge bonus.Ample Linens & Supplies: There were plenty of extra towels, sheets, and blankets for everyone. With young kids, spillages and extra loads of laundry are bound to happen, so having a generous supply of clean linens on hand was greatly appreciated.The space was clean, cozy, and perfectly set up to feel like a home away from home. We would recommend this rental in a heartbeat to any parents traveling with young children!

The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our party was comprised of me, my husband, daughter, son-in-law & (almost) 2yr-old grandson. The owners did a great job of including every amenity one might need - including laundry pods. There are two washers & two dryers in the basement which would be very handy for larger groups. My husband tried the grill in anticipation of grilling dinner later on & discovered it was out of propane. He texted Paul, the co-owner, who was very pleasant, and got it re-filled promptly. There's a very nice walkway across the street that goes to the start of the town (then you just use the regular sidewalks to Clifton Hill). It's .9 miles, which might be too long for some folks, but we love walking and it was great to leave the cars behind. There's a corner store called "Frasers Grocery," which is unassuming from the outside, but well-stocked and super convenient (corner of Morrison St & St Clair Ave). And if you're traveling with little ones, A.J. McKinley Park has a nice playground and tennis courts next to it. The park & courts are also a convenient walk. Ultimately, the Maple Leaf House was a very nice choice and we highly recommend October! Far fewer crowds and gorgeous weather!

The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The beds were very comfortable and we had lots of plush towels to use. Location was great - close to the falls.

Enjoyed this stay. We like to walk and hike and this was perfect to be away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area but close enough to make everything walkable. Highly recommended.

It was a home away from home for my family. The little extras were a nice touch, the shampoo and conditioner and extra makeup remover wipes were great. We had a great stay!
