Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished 3 bedroom/2 bath home, with free Wifi. The master bedroom has a queen bed, bedroom #2 is furnished with a queen bed, and bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. This home comfortably sleeps 6 adults. There are 2 futons in living room to accommodate 2 smaller size people. A 55 inch flat screen smart TV in living room with ROKU. Both bedroom 1 & bedroom #2 have a 32 inch TV with ROKU. Bedroom #3 has 16 inch TV with ROKU.
A Keurig single cup, or 12 cup coffee maker for your morning cup of coffee or tea..
Located in The White Mountains surrounded by lakes, guests can enjoy an afternoon of relaxation, hiking or fishing/swimming at one of the near by Lakes. This place is great for Hunters, Fishermen, or just to get away from the city heat. Skiers/Snow Boarders only 30 miles from Sun Rise Ski park and resort. We’re located just 2 miles from downtown, shopping/groceries, coffee shop, museum, dining, Malapia ruins, and more.

Clean and wonderful

There were 5 of us and this house was perfect. The host was very responsive and kind. Would stay here again 100%.

Pie town trip

We loved the home we stayed in and had everything we needed. It was super cozy and inviting and had three adorable rooms. A great bathtub to relax in after a long day of riding our motorcycles. It was very clean and definitely had enough places to sit and sleep. Thank you for an awesome and safe place.

Rosi was simply awesome. This was a last minute same day booking on Thanksgiving dayRosi responded quickly, help me get through the reservation process , gave specific directions and checked in with us to ensure we were doing ok (late night drive)The property was as pictured and was comfortable, clean and Rosi was very accommodating to us on a holiday. We can’t thank Rosi enough for her help!

Good but not great

The property is easy to find and the neighborhood is quiet, but it is in a rather run down area. The inside property is clean and tidy and covers all amenities except for an available vacuum cleaner should you need one. The entry through the back door is rather cumbersome with a stapled on split magnetic screening which gets catchy in the bottom of the door when you try to close the door. The TV shown in the picture of the master bedroom has no Reception so if you want to watch TV in bed you can’t and the instructions for the living room TV set up are not very clear. It’s a decent place for your pet with a fenced back yard but recommend bringing an indoor gate or fencing to keep pets contained in the kitchen so as not to soil the carpeting.

Great location for family

We stayed with my 3 kids and my brother and his 2 kids. It was nice having a yard for them. Rosi was easy to contact and very responsive. She even mailed back a favorite pillow we forgot.

Place was cozy but not private

It was a nice get away. However, I wouldn’t rent again only because one thing that we felt was odd is that the owner stays on the property in the back yard in an RV. So we felt like we really didn’t have any privacy when bbqing. I kept worrying that my children may be playing to loudly because she literally stays next to the house. We could hear them so I know they could hear us . We kept all the windows open to enjoy the fresh crisp air . This just made it not as comfortable for us. Other then that they were very nice and the place is well kept.

We will be back if you will have us

Everything was amazing! The only 2 things was that was a little off is it shows a garage and one of the reasons we rented for our motorcycles, but was advised garage is not available to renter after we arrived. A solution was offered by manager but was not able to complete due to locked gates. Still okay. The other thing is no completely fenced front yard for animal, my dog got out of the front because it appears fenced but is only partially fenced. Thank goodness a neighborhood kid could run faster than me, lol. Suggestion is to specify no use of garage and finish fencing off the yard in front. We are construction and A/C folks and always willing to trade services for lodging. Thank you for the stay.
