This newly renovated home is perfect for a Hereford getaway! Situated in a prime location, you have easy access to all local amenities including independent restaurants, cafes and shops. With the great addition of private parking, Barton Road, No.36 is very easily accessible. Being a stylish property, you won’t be disappointed with the stunning décor and features that you will be met with throughout.
The Space:
Tucked against the Welsh border and surrounded by the stunning Malvern Hills and Brecon Beacons, Herefordshire is a hidden gem that’s closer than you think. This charming city offers the perfect blend of natural beauty and urban charm, with inspiring architecture, artisan bars, and restaurants that make it a wonderful place to call home. Upon arrival at the property, you’ll find your own driveway with ample space for two large cars, all visible from the living room window. Self-check-in is made easy with a provided code, ensuring a stress-free arrival.
Towards the back of the house, you’ll find a modern, well-equipped kitchen that’s beautifully finished – a perfect space for preparing meals. It includes all the usual amenities, along with a dishwasher and washing machine for added convenience. The living area is a spacious and airy room with a quirky vibe, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the latest shows and movies on the Smart TV.
Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while a second double bedroom offers plenty of space and comfort. The third bedroom is a twin room, perfect for children or guests, with two single beds.
