Brand new floor to ceiling remodel! Located in the prestigious, gated, Palm Valley Country Club, this golfer's retreat vacation home is one of the most popular in Palm Valley and it books up quickly. Pet Friendly.

Across the street from the club house, pools and Jacuzzi. This gorgeous single level 3 bedroom 3 bath home has been remodeled top to bottom and is a perfect getaway for any occasion! Located on the 12th hole by the tee box, the outdoor patio gives way to serene greens with a beautiful lake, spectacular mountain views and is furnished with a brand new gas BBQ, ceiling fan and seating for 4 plus two loungers for sunning.

New floors, kitchen cabinets, granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, appliances and Samsung washer and dryer. Comfortable new furniture in the living room. Beautiful wood shutters and fresh paint. Luxurious new Simmons pillow top king, queen, full and twin mattresses. Relaxing spa inspired master bath with steam shower. Two car garage and ample street parking. We have a beautiful golf cart that is available to rent. Living room and bedrooms have a 55 inch Samsung flat-screen television which include cable access with expanded movie and sports packages. Electronic key pad entry for easy self check in.

The floor plan is open and spacious. We expanded the kitchen entry so that it flows into the main living space to create a fabulous area for people to gather and communicate. There is a fireplace in the living room for those cool winter nights.

We also have a second home located in the same community, VRBO number 1176187. It is a model match to this property and is decorated in a modern style. Please take a look and see which one is your favorite!

Coachella Weekend

Place is big, clean and well maintained. Enough rooms, beds and bathrooms to accommodate a big group of 6 people.Host Jay was very easy to talk to and very responsive. Will definitely come back!

Great location in the center of the club.

A group of seniors out for a June golf weekend enjoyed the location and spaciousness of the condo. It was conveniently located near a pool and the clubhouse allowing us to walk over to pasta night and enjoy the clubhouse.

Amazing spot

A very nice place to stay in a very well maintained community. This location is close to everything you need. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable and a great value! The couch is also super comfy. Kitchen had all the necessities to cook meals as needed.

Easy and Enjoyable

The condo was comfortable and had everything you’d need for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the use of the golf cart; it was a nice extra. The property owner was available and responsive to our needs. We would be happy to stay here again.

Very cool view of the 10th hole tee. Palm Valley is very nice and quiet. Jay was a super host and answered all my questions right away.

Good location, would recommend

Overall good experience. Had a few issues (I.e. temperature in the house, cleanliness of bathroom, etc) but host was very quick to respond and help fix any issues! Would recommend for groups.

Great house and good location

The house was clean and comfortable. The owners immediately responded when we had a problem with the heat. The only downside was the windy steep drive to get up to the house.

Great property! Can use quite a few more towels, esp washcloths as we couldn’t find any. Perhaps a rug or two in the bathrooms. Otherwise, super cute and clean.

Cozy, beautiful, very organized and lacking nothing.

Beautifully decorated, bright and spacious. Once you're inside there is everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing retreat. The owners have thought of everything and all you need to do is follow the instructions which are easily located and clearly written. My family and I were there over the July 4 the holidays and only left the property one time, (if you bring your food there is absolutely NO reason to leave). We can't wait to return. The owners were very accommodating when I had questions and they guided me through the process from start to finish.

Palm desert wedding

We were in palm desert for a wedding at the desert willows country club. We had 6 and and 4 children. It was perfect. The neighborhood had several different swimming pools available which was great for the little ones to cool off. We were minutes from the wedding and an easy drive to Palm Springs. Jay was very responsive- answered the phone right away when we called.

Expected it to be cleaner

With rave reviews and decent price, we expected a clean and wonderful experience. Unfortunately, many things were not clean and some of the kitchen items were outdated or did not work. We washed everything before we used it. Also, there were no wash clothes so we improvised with quite large hand towels. Overall, it was comfortable and worked for us but not the quality we expected. The owner was very responsive with resolving problems which was beneficial.
