From the private entry courtyard to the wonderful view from the living room & master bedroom this condo offers everything you could want and more -- a fully equipped gourmet kitchen; brand new gas BBQ and patio seating; new flat screen TV’s in all the rooms; free WI-FI; three ample sized bedrooms (a king size bed, queen size bed and pair of twin beds) with their own private baths; fully equipped private laundry facilities; and a half bath for guests.

Unhappy Customers

All outside furniture was extremely dusty and corrosive and was unable to be used. (All should have stayed covered). Television programming remotes and systems were terrible to operate. Bedrooms had several remotes that were frustrating to use. Tvs worked but extremely outdated. Very unhappy and would not recommend to anyone as a home away from home. I requested a partial refund but was denied.

Perfect location

We really loved this property. It was very close to where our other family was staying and it was amazing to walk between them. There were some expired condiments in the fridge and the kitchen cabinets were also pretty dirty inside, but overall it was clean. The worst part was if anyone turned on water in another area the toilets would make a loud noise which scared our kids and made it hard to sleep.

Beautiful home and great location

Over all I give this property a 10. But there are a few things that I think would be helpful improvements. More hand towels in the bathrooms. There were plenty of big towels. Dish towels in the kitchen, we were using bath towels to dry dishes. Fix the slider to the patio as it was VERY hard to open. We had to wait and work around the cleaners for quit some time to be able to really unpack and get settled. But with all this said, I would definitely rent this house again. Nicely decorated and patio was cool by 4:00 to sit out and watch the baby ducks and geese.

Can’t Wait To Return

We loved our stay, what a nice property. There were 3 small complaints. We couldn’t get the bedroom televisions to work, the refrigerator wasn’t very cold and last the sliding door to the patio was hard to open. We are looking forward to renting the same property next year. Thanks

Spacious and comfy

We enjoyed our stay, and catching some sunshine on the back patio. The condo is larger than I expected - plenty of room for us to spread out.

Mislead and disappointed

The home itself is lovely. But the "new flat screen TVs" were not Smart TVs so no streaming available. Two of the bedroom TVs did not receive a signal and one of bedrooms had 6 remote controls for a TV that did not receive a signal. When mgmt was contacted, they were unfamiliar with the TVs, offered to get help from owner and did not call back. Back up mgmt was in Orange Cty and of no help. There were no fireplace matches to light the fireplace, no dish soap or potholders, no bar or liquid soap in the bathrooms. We have stayed in at least a half dozen VRBOs in the Palm Springs area and this by far was the most disappointing. It was poorly equipment (lowly Mr. Coffee) and had no simple kitchen staples like sugar.

New Year’s Eve

The home is lovely, unfortunately the refrigerator and freezer were broken - the house manager just brought over a cooler and that was it. I emailed the management company my unhappiness with the house manager and never heard from anyone.

Better than expected!!

The entire unit was spotless. Rooms are lovely and big with large walk-in closets. The beds were extremely comfortable (had the best sleep of my life). Everything you needed for cooking was available in the fully equipped kitchen. We have been in many rentals over previous 25 years, but thi is by far the most opulent and spotless rental. We will definitely return! Thank you 😊

The view from the patio was awesome! You look onto the golf course and two large ponds with a waterfall. Very relaxing.

Lovely property overlooking the golf course

This was a large, well equipped property located in a nice complex. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was there. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view from the patio lovely. There was an abundance of space for myself and two friends to spread out. The management company was good to deal with although I did not learn of the checkin info until I was at the airport. I guess my only complaint would be that it takes a while to get hot water in the shower. I would definitely recommend this property.

Nice setting on aging property

The facility was a little older than expected. Television service is awful, linens quality needs to be improved. None of the 3 adult women expected to have to do housekeeping job for them especially after having to pay for it. Rental agent was cooperative and fixed issues needing attention

This was a great unit. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars all the way around for me was because the kitchen cabinet doors were dirty. Everything else was awesome. And yes I would recommend to friends.

Last Minute Surprise!

Well, our flight was canceled and we had already checked out of our previous rental. So, now what?! We had to scramble to find a place to stay. Without being able to do much research, we found this little slice of heaven....and the owner was very gracious to accommodate our panicked plea for help due to our unexpected change in plans to our trip. We had not planned on spending an extra week in Palm Desert, but we pulled the trigger and did it. You know what happened? I think our spontaneous stay here has honestly made us seriously think about moving here....not just to Palm Desert, but to this Palm Valley Country Club neighborhood. The condo was well appointed and had EVERY kitchen appliance and dish that you could possible want. We only used the Master Bedroom, but the bed was super comfy. One of the rooms had a built in office-like space, which was great to use since we had to "work from home" while we were here, so we could have separate spaces if we were both on Zoom calls at the same time. This condo was super spacious and had a bathroom in each of the rooms. The laundry closet was awesome to have, too! The grounds in the neighborhood were kept up so nicely, and we loved watching all the golfers "cheat", as we watched them from the back porch. We spent a lot of time "making friends" with the golfers that would drive by us while we were on the back porch, which had a beautiful view of a nice water feature and the most incredible sunrises. It's a really great place to walk, too, with so many nice people that you will pass on your journey. The next door neighbor was so nice, and we even exchanged phone numbers so that we could keep in touch. It really felt like home to us. We didn't stray very far from the Country Club because we had to work, but we are certain that there are a lot of conveniences near by. Thank you for this nice surprise visit!!!
