Welcome to this luxury beachfront house in Fort Morgan, Alabama called "No Shoes"! This vacation house available for rent sits directly on the white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this gulf front house accommodates up to 14 guests. Breathtaking views can be experienced from every angle, one of the best spots being on the expansive raised porch. Float in your private heated pool, suntan in a lounge chair, or hang out at the outdoor dining table that all overlook the gorgeous beach. But you don't just have to admire the sparkling water from afar; No shoes are required to walk directly down to the water's edge. Hang out on the beach and in the water all day long! The uncrowded and unspoiled Fort Morgan beaches boast some of the most gorgeous sunsets you will ever see. Enjoy right from the beach, and be sure to stay for the crab hunting at nighttime! Along with the stunning views all day long, the sunset can, of course, be enjoyed right from the comfort of "No Shoes."

Inside this beachfront house, you will find everything you could need for the perfect Alabama Gulf Coast vacation. First, you will see the cozy living room, with ample seating and a flat-screen TV. The dining room table is perfect for dinners with family and friends. The full-service kitchen will surely meet your needs, with all new appliances including 2 new refrigerators and a separate ice maker. Easily access the back porch, where entertaining is made easy! Grill out under the house and enjoy at the outdoor dining around the pool.

After a long, sun-filled day, "No Shoes" offers ample sleeping space with comfort and luxury. There are 6 total bedrooms, and on the main floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms have king beds and private baths. There is also a queen bedroom and a room with 2 sets of bunks that have a shared bath. Up to 14 guests will be comfortably accommodated in this luxury home! For a relaxing, fun-filled, beautiful beach vacation, come rent the beachfront "No Shoes" that the whole group will love!

Family vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is great and location is amazing! Plenty of room for all. The kids loved the pool and we loved how close to the beach it is. We look forward to staying here again.

Plenty of room. Loved that the house was not cluttered with so many beach things on every surface!! Makes it so hard with children under 5 or 6. So nice to be so close to the beach. Plenty of cabinet space for our food and supplies. Loved this house. At the young age of 75, I would have loved an elevator

Fantastic Fort Morgan home

We spent a week at No Shoes for spring break with another family and could not have been happier with our experience. The home is fantastic and renovated and was perfect for our two families. It’s beachfront location is prefect and the small pool on the deck is ideal for those who don’t want to be on the beach all day. We definitely would stay here again!

Great House for a retreat

Stayed the week of May 19th -26th. Loved the house and especially the pool. We had some green algae in the surf and so didn't want to get into it so when we got too hot on the beach we headed for the pool. Pool was great in the evening when you get tired of the beach and want to hang around the house for snacks and dinner. No complaints but would suggest a little more selection of cooking ware. Used the grill and it worked great. Nice to have a full size bbq pit to cook on instead of those tiny disposable grills. The house is nicely located to the Ferry.

The house was beautiful but it needed A LOT of maintenance while we were there. Not sure if no one had been staying there prior to but it seemed like everything was falling apart. When I did call they were wonderful, very quick, and efficient. When we first arrived a piece of rusted metal was hanging under the carport at head level. It could’ve definitely cut someone especially if you wasn’t paying attention. The upstairs ac was leaking and over flowed in the light fixture downstairs in the laundry room which eventually fell while we were out to eat and we came back to water in the floor. Later in the week the ac guy had to come back twice because it was 80 degrees but set on mid sixties. All the piping had to be changed. The washing machine was super slow and had mildew in it. Barely anything in the kitchen. If you plan to cook you need to bring your stuff to cook with. A good note, having two refrigerators was wonderful, a bathroom in every bedroom except one of them, and it was very nice being right on the beach for easy access. The beach view from the porch/pool was breath taking. All and all it was a wonderful trip and the best memories were made. Hopefully the next family won’t have many maintenance problems.

This home is absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the pool, beach and the large living room/dining room area for meals, games and family time. This was a wonderful place to celebrate my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary! I highly recommend!!!

Location great / great pool

Thank goodness for the heated pool to give us something to do during the unexpected arctic blast in January !! The house is nice and very accommodating for large family. We enjoyed pool and quick walk to beach! Pros: the king beds and bathrooms. Very spacious and bright. Great hot water and the heat worked well. Love the ice maker. And double fridge & freezers. The heated pool was a lifesaver! Cons: the cooking ware is shotty and sparse . The lack of good kitchen tools and basics like dish detergent, scrub sponge, paper towels, trash bags , hairdryers and toilet paper is disappointing at this price point. You get a starter (1 roll of tp for each bathroom/ 1 dishwasher tab/ 1 roll of paper towels/ 1 garbage bag) … although I get the thought process…as a rental owner you could tuck these costs into the rental and save yourself bad reviews and create happier guests ! Just a thought! Also the white sofas and dining chairs although a good idea for a beach house (hides all the sand) but you need to give HSKP ample time to actually launder them. They are super dirty and have food, crumbs etc all over. The house could use general maintenance (light bulbs out /windows don’t fully seal right / pool gate out of alignment/ baseboards and equipment needs general deep clean) . We enjoyed our stay despite these things . We’ve stayed at many Vrbo large properties. This one could be better if they step up their service game . Again at price point these are just normal expectations.

Cleanliness

Furniture, curtains, absolutely filthy. Floors discussing- when we mopped the water was black. Pool has lots of sand- deck was hazardous as nails piping up- boards with exposed nails. beds had pet hair- for a place with “no pets”… beds were comfortable. Driveway needs replaced- a car would bottom out.

Can't beat the location for beach proximity

PROS + can't get any closer to the beach + ample parking + spacious --love the high ceilings + great sized bedrooms + amazing bathrooms + super great AC system (especially on second level) + quick responses from host ROOM FOR GROWTH + some general worn areas could use a little attention...flooring on main floor(might have dismissed this at a different price point rental) + found a used (and full) diaper under a bed + updating of some appliances for better performance Overall, we really enjoyed the space and our time there. We unfortunately encountered the failure of the second refrigerator. Hosts were quick to reply and we communicated that we did not expect a replacement during the stay b/c there was already a second fridge-we did have to toss food. The reviews about cleanliness worried me a little bit, so I was anticipating something way worse than it was.It really was fine overall, but the finding of the filled (urine) diaper was very disappointing. Especially at this price point (+12K for a week) and knowing that cleaning should have already been addressed-we expected pristine...just 'fine.' I also was recently at a rental that touted their cleanliness (and met the expectations of pristine) so maybe there was a higher than normal expectation. We DO NOT regret our stay--but I will probably search for something different next time I stay in Fort Morgan to see other options.

Prickett Team Very Responsive

The rental home was struck by lighting on the second day of your stay. We lost the upstairs HVAC, the pool pump, the oven/stove, several overhead lights, all but 2 TVs, and most of the electrical outlets in the kitchen. The fire department was deployed and allowed us to reoccupy the home after a compressive and thorough home safety inspection and damage assessment. The Prickett team was immediately on-site and continued to deploy team members until everything was repaired. Prickett team member, Leroy stayed in constant contact with us for serval days until all was back to normal. We needed extra bath towels, in the middle of everything else that was happening, and bath towels were delivered to us in short order by Bre with the cleaning company. One last comment regarding the cleanness rating of a "3". The routine cleaning was more than satisifctory and was not the problem – everything that could be cleaned was cleaned. Unfortunately, the white coverings on the sofa and dining chairs are showing signs of needing a deep-cleaning. Otherwise the cleaning rating would have been t least a "4", maybe even a "5". Overall, in spite of the lightning strike, we had a great visit. We highly recommend Prickett Properties.

House was not as clean and the Driveway access terrible

Loved the pool and the bedroom arrangement were ideal but the Kitchen was not as clean as it should be. We had to scrub the cabinet door handles to get them clean and the "non stick" pans were anything but! Royal pain trying to cook and then to try to clean the pans after. Two of the blinds were not working properly and need to be replaced or repaired. The worst part was the driveway was crumbly in a section that you could not avoid and pieces of jagged concrete were sticking up. I was concerned that our vehicles might get damaged by them. Portions of the driveway were gone and it was just a hole to the sand.

Great place for a family

The best part of this house was the proximity to the beach! Also had a great kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great communication with the property managers. Would recommend!
