Thank you for your feedback, Richard. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations, as guest satisfaction is very important to us. Our HVAC company inspected the units and confirmed they were operating properly, but we will continue to monitor them to ensure everything is functioning as it should. Had we been made aware of any cleanliness concerns during your stay, we would have been happy to send our cleaning team back promptly to address them. We understand that mattress comfort is a matter of personal preference, but we appreciate you sharing your feedback and will keep it in mind should we receive similar comments in the future. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful views and wonderful location, and we appreciate you choosing to stay with us. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
