Modern condo in scenic Egg Harbor! Heart of Door County!

This one bedroom, one bath wood view condo in the renovated Navigator Building in the Landmark resort has endless amenities! Within a mile of the Egg Harbor Beach and just over two miles to downtown Egg Harbor, you are in the heart of what makes Door County amazing! The Landmark resort has everything you would want in a vacation resort; three outdoor pools, a hot tub/sauna in each building, an indoor pool in the main building along with a gym, business center and breakfast area. This condo is renovated and includes a King Size Bed in the bedroom and couch in the living room, tiled floors, carpeting and the full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to entertain family and friends. Step just outside your condo to the outdoor pool during the summer months...a short walk downstairs to the hot tub or across the parking lot to the Charthouse Building for the indoor pool in the winter months. Our end unit condo on the first floor makes access to the exit, outdoor pools and grilling area steps away! The award winning Carrington Restaurant is also a short walk and is open year round with delicious food and a cozy bar area.
*PLEASE NOTE- GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A $10/NIGHT RESORT FEE AT CHECK IN. This is a Landmark policy outside of rental fees for resort amenities.
Landmark amenities- onsite restaurant and bar, 3 outdoor pools, hot tub/steam room in each building, breakfast area, gym, indoor pool and hot tub, tennis courts, playgrounds, shuffle board, walking paths. Our condo is adults only.

Great property! Ask for a room facing the lake. Amazing sunsets at poolside. Wonderful trail on property. Rooms are clean and kitchenette is handy and stocked with essentials.

This was our 2nd time staying at this place. It was clean, communication was great, however the dishes are placed so high for those of us who are height challenged. The property was beautiful!! The view of the lake was breathtaking! The location to the pool and grill were excellent too. We would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well maintained. Some of the decking around the pool could use some attention but overall it was a good location to visit Door Co from and we had no complaints.

We loved the hot tub, the room was perfect for what we needed. We had tried the Ember/Fireside, and it was amazing food. We will most definitely come again.

Really nice condo! It was super clean and had more than enough towels, blankets, pillows, etc. The bed is a bit more firm for my preference, but my husband didn't mind it. And resort's amenities were lovely! Indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, grilling areas, coin laundry options, and a delicious restaurant on site! Being able to have the lake in sight and be surrounded by trees felt like the proper Door County experience.

Room was clean and neat. Everything you needed was available. Hot tub was located in the lower level and the out door pool was just out the back door. Evenings were quiet as everyone was considerate of others.

Very relaxing 10 days. Nice clean and quiet time away. Because of the blizzard of ‘26 we didn’t use gym or pool. Staff we did interact with were pleasant and nice

The Landmark resort is stunning, especially with all of the updates they have lovingly worked on over the past few years. The Village of Egg Harbor is one of the most popular in Door County and central to everything. While Landmark is minutes from everything, when you step into the resort, tucked in the woods, it is a wonderland of relaxation with all of the amenities you could ask for!
