We loved the location of the condo-close to town and coffee shops/restaurants. We also loved the view from the deck and the river right below.

Our fourth visit to this wonderful condo. Disappointed with amount of snow but made the best of it. Of course the day we leave they had 7” and excellent skiing conditions. Looking forward to next year

Amazing place and location!

Everything was fantastic about the property and the location to the snowflake lift can’t be beat! Also perfect distance to walk to downtown!

Great stay and location

My sons and I had a wonderful time in Breckenridge and our stay at Riverbend Sawmill Run was perfect. The location of the unit was very convenient as it allowed us to ski in and out of the property.

Great views!

Our stay at Riverbend was great! The views of the mountains and the sound of the stream outside the balcony were fantastic. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed.

Breckenridge wonder

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The unit was clean and well equipped. It was located within walking distance to all our favorite places to eat and shop.

Rustic ski in/out retreat

Heated floors were a plus. The ski in/out was super sweet. Clean condo and very comfortable beds.

We had a great stay! Cozy, comfortable and well stocked place. Beds super comfy. In unit washer/dryer. That gas fireplace!! Loved ski shop right next door for easy access to rentals and they stored our equipment too. Ski out. The 4o’clock run was closed but it was an easy shuttle back. Loved the 2 hot tubs, especially the outdoor one. Great location. Walked to town for dinner every night. Breck is just stunning for Christmas!! Highly recommend!!

Great spot for family of 4

2 king bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Location was fantastic, and the house was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfy, would have liked ceiling fans, but we brought a box fan for warm summer nights. I will definitely book here again for another Breckenridge trip and recommend to friends.
