What a great place to stay for a little getaway! The condo was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with absolutely everything you could need and the property management was very responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed the jacuzzis and time in town, which is a just a quick walk. We loved our time and this cozy space.

Amazing location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the convenience of the location. Super easy to walk into town and some trails under ski lifts (Fall stay). The management company was A+ and the place was very clean with nice furniture. The hot tubs were nice. If you are very noise sensitive, it might not be for you though. We could hear people walk in the hallway from the primary bedroom and some noise from neighbors. The downstairs neighbor came up and complained about our noise when we didn’t have shoes on, no tv or music on. The plumbing ie toilets and shower or sinks are loud when one person is in the bathroom and another in the bedrooms.

This was a great place for our family trip. Kids loved the bunk beds. The proximity to main st and the shuttle was great! You can literally walk out the door with your gear and grab the shuttle to the gondola.

Overall communication was prompt and clear. Location is great with easy access to restaurants & shops (here in September). Condo was clean and mostly comfortable. The listing was misleading regarding laundry. There is not a washer/dryer in the condo & we would have packed differently if we knew that. There is a common laundry area in the basement garage, although some condos do have a washer/dryer. To use the basement laundry you need to use an app or quarters, 2.75/wash & 2.75/dry. Luckily our friend’s unit did so we were able to use theirs. Possibly a personal preference but the unit could use nicer pillows and bedding to get 5 stars.

This is a great place to stay in Breckenridge. Location is perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. Hot tubs and sauna were excellent. We'd love to stay there again.

Great Breckenridge location

Been staying a different condos for the last f6 years, going to try to rent this next year. Great location both for skiing and easy access to Main Street Breckenridge.

Wonderful Experience

Perfect place for our family to stay on our Breckenridge trip. Within walking distance to so much. We would stay here again.
