Limited to 4 total guests (sorry no exceptions), this brand new high end luxury cabin features incredible views of the great smoky mountains. From the outdoor living area to the high end kitchen to the firepit on your deck to the home theater room with 9 foot theater screen - this quite possibly could be the top end for 2 bedroom cabins. Book it if its available - it books quickly (even at premium rates).

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great, very few issues,the first was everything was sent via email or need of phone service. Trying to get your door code with no service is impossible while this is not elk springs fault having it earlier would of solved this to get the code and wi fi. 2nd very few screens on windows. While we booked in the fall we would of like fresh air! 3rd the grill flames were bad, by this i mean it needs replaced to cook food properly. While I've owned a weber grill and they are great they also have lifetime warranty on there grills. The views were stunning kitchen was nice along with the setup of everything. We will be back for sure.

It was clean and comfortable, and instructions were provided where needed, although we did have a learning curve with a few things. There were many things to do in the cabin, such as the fire pit, theater room, hot tub, etc. The best part was the amazing views from the balconies on all three levels. Conveniently located, the cabin was a short drive away from both Gatlinburg and Smokey Mountain National Park, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

We Will Be Back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable and relaxing trip to the Smokey Mountains and stayed at Forever Young. The cabin was immaculate upon check-I and was really just what we had hoped. Three (3) decks - one (1) on each level of the home. Allowed for peace and quiet even within the home. If you do not like stairs, find another property managed by Elk Springs as you either go up or down to sleep. Nothing on the main floor, but we knew this. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but Elk Springs was very prompt and courteous to fix. Communication was a key and Elk Springs did this in spades. We were very pleased and impressed.

The house was well maintained and the one issue we had with the hot water was dealt with promptly. I completely understand that maintenance issues happen so the speed that it was dealt with was appreciated and I will book with you because of that.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My rental wasn't what I asked for. I asked to be near the Heavenly Heights cabin. I wasn't. The location was horrible. I asked to be moved. Was told there wasn't anything available that night. There was a power outage and to top it off a bear came near my vehicle to the point we didn't feel safe getting out to unpack our things. We stayed at a hotel for the night. I wasn't reimbursed for that night. So money lost. The next morning was charged an additional $500 to be moved. So no didn't enjoy my stay at all.

Reviewer Comments: Our 7th time using Elk Springs Resort for our 2x a year trips to Gatlinburg & I'll say it 100x over, quality A plus service from them, great customer service, easy check in and they go above & beyond..this trip we tried a new cabin instead of our usual one..Forever Young..Let me tell you, beautiful cabin from the min you open the door, very clean, well stocked and those views from all 3 decks is absolutely breathtaking..will definitely book it for next year and will always use ESR for our vacation needs in Tennessee

When we opened the door, my 16 y/o son said.... WOW!!!... the beds were very comfortable, the showers were great and we enjoyed spending time together at the end of the day on the balconies enjoying the view and the hot tub. The theater room was also a HUGE hit. Checking in and out was a breeze. Definitely recommend staying here!

The weather was bad and we couldn’t change our date of arrival.

The fact that I tried to get my arrival dates changed due to the weather and our drive was three hours away. We were told no. So once we arrived, the ice on the road was so bad we had to park our car at the bottom of a hill and walk up a hill to our cabin.

Great views

The property is close to hiking and Gatlinburg. Only negative was the gas grill. It had about 2" of grease inside the grill and under the grill. Seems like something a bear would be interested in. The grill turned into a grease fire and I had to shut the gas off. Even with the gas off that thing was still burning! I texted the staff but never heard back. This was 2 months ago so hopefully it's been cleaned.

The only thing that would be helpful is if these units had good lighting on both sides of the couches for reading! The view of the mountains & the landscaping was awesome only wish you didn’t hear the road noise. We had perfect weather&enjoyed a lot of hiking! We definitely look forward to returning!
