Located so close to downtown Pigeon Forge you will never have to travel steep or windy mountain roads and yet perfectly positioned so it is peaceful and quiet to enjoy morning coffee or an evening beverage in a rocking chair.

Enjoy 2 King suites each with its own bathroom. The second-story bedroom boasts a full bathroom with a massive walk-in tiled shower and electric fireplace that you can use all year to set your mood. In addition, you will find a big-screen TV and a dual-player style arcade with 60 classic games like centipede and Pacman. The Main level master bedroom also offers a fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a combo tub and shower.

The main living area offers a fireplace, big screen TV, and added sleeping space with a pullout sofa and dining area for 6. The kitchen comes fully equipped for the low-key nights you want to have a home-cooked meal with family and friends.

On the lower level, you will find a half bath, another TV, and a pool table to challenge one another while watching your favorite sports team. You can also take a dip in the private heated pool and open the large sliding door to bring in the outdoors. A Bears Alpine Splash is centrally located and very close to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Less than 5 miles to Dollywood, Less than 3 miles to the Island, and less than 10 miles to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg. Trailers, campers, motorcycles, motor coaches, etc. are prohibited in this resort.
