**Unlimited views of ocean, beach, city and forest. Feel right at home in this beautiful FULLY FURNISHED 2 BR 2 Bath LUXURY CONDO of this oceanfront building (20th floor). TWO queen beds, ONE twin and queen sofa.

Sleeps 7. If more than 4 adults then there is a $30 per night fee for each adult.
max is 6 adults.
Limits are strictly enforced.

*Fully equipped full size KITCHEN (includes bakeware, bowls, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, toaster, coffee pot, blender, full size refrigerator/stove, microwave),
*MASTER BEDROOM with comfortable QUEEN BED viewing unlimited sunrise and ocean views with private balcony.... ensuite FULL BATH, plenty of storage & TV.
*Second bedroom has 1 twin bed and 1 queen bed, private balcony with sunset views, plenty of storage & TV
.*Great room includes comfy queen size sleeper sofa, Dining for 7, entertainment includes 50" TV & games. Access to the balcony with unlimited ocean views.
We do have beach towels and a cooler for your use. Please bring your own beach chairs. We tried to provide them but they got broken each time.

** There is a cleaning fee of $200 per stay. If you desire daily housekeepng we can fulfill your needs for an additional charge

MB Getaway

We had a great trip and enjoyed the condo which came equipped with everything we needed, including linens. Steve and Dee were easy to communicate with leading up the the trip, during, and after. The ocean views were beautiful from the balcony as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in MB!

Home away from home.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The view of the ocean was wonderful. The owners are amazing and friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very clean and beautiful place

Perfect stay for a family. Beautiful views. Right on the beach. Pools were great. Room was very clean and beautifully decorated. We had a fantastic vacation.

Myrtle Beach condo

Accommodations were wonderful! It smelled very clean upon entering and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay including beach supplies. Communication with the property owners was excellent too.

Work trip - more like a vacation

We were there for a gymnastics competition. But the condo is beach front and made work feel like a vaca!!! Condo was adorable, great location, great access to beach!

Clean Condo, Great Owner, Enjoyed the Stay!

Condo clean and well equipped with great views. Great communication from owner, check in/out process great! Resort common areas (lobby, pool bathrooms, ect) were a bit neglected and could have used some attention. But the condo was nice and we would stay again!

Myrtle beach trip

This place is nice ,had a great vew of the ocean.it is decorated nicely.we were there with one of our sons and his wife and 2 kids,we had plenty space.the owner answered my text quickly when having any question .the only negative I had for us is the beds were a little hard for us,but others may like that.if staying might want to bring a mattress pad if like a softer sleep

Family Beach Vacation

The condo was cozy, warm/home away from home & comfortable! Everything we needed was included. Beautiful view of city from 2nd bedroom & breathtaking view of ocean from master bedroom/living room. This condo was beautiful and very clean! Walking distance to everything. Right on the beach!

The owners are very helpful and communication with them was very easy. The only negative I can say is the complex in which this condo is located in was not well maintained. The elevators and hallways were dirty and the pool and hot tubs needed a good cleaning. However the condo and the owner of the Condo Steve totally met our expectations and more. Thank you for a wonderful place for our family vacation!

Memorial Day weekend

The condo was very nice and well stocked with anything we needed. Very nice beach view. It's a little hard to figure out how to get in since you enter through the garage. Nothing negative about the condo but be aware of Memorial Day weekend and the motorcycle noise. It's a lot.

The owners are very responsive to inquiries. The property is as listed. They provide a beach umbrella for use. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. There is an unobstructive side view of the ocean from the living room lanai and city view from the lanai of the second bedroom. The building complex is unkempt.

Clean and spacious condo!

Very clean and spacious unit for a 4 night stay for me, my wife, and little toddler. Extremely well maintained condo for what’s almost a throwback in time with its well working, hardy appliances. Very functional layout with gorgeous “high-rise building” views of the ocean and Myrtle Beach. Excellent and easy communication with owners. The building itself could use a bit more maintenance and cleaning, it often reeked upon entering the lobby and hallways, however the condo always smelled (and was) nice and clean and a great respite from the rest of the building itself. The 3 elevators were very fast and even during busy times it was relatively quick and easy to get in and out. Highly recommend!

A great experience

We had a great stay at this condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and not too crowded, which made for a relaxing getaway. The resort was easy to access, and check-in was smooth. The host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo itself was well-equipped with a full kitchen, fun games, and a nice TV setup for winding down in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Not as expected

The actual rental was very nice. Close the beach with pools on site. It is listed as non smoking with a fee charges of you smoked in the rental. However, the building reeked of cigarette smoke. We had to hold our breath coming in and out of the elevator and in the main entrance. Despite the beautiful beach and lovely rental, I would not stay there again.

20th Floor & View of the Beach!

Our stay was very good. The owners are very nice and helpful with condo questions or local Myrtle Beach questions. Condo was clean and a nice size for a family of 4. Being on the 20th floor gives you a nice view of the Beach and the skyline to the North. The building the condo is in is a little older and the elevators had long lines a peak times. Overall a nice place to stay if you are in the area.

We spend our time traveling and live on the west & east coast. After Dee brought Steve to the south he just knew that they must spend more time here.
Steve is originally from Tulare, CA and is retired. Dee, originally from Shelby, NC and many years in Myrtle Beach, SC and is also retired. We met on Match.com in 2008 and were married in 2013. We live in Bakersfield, CA several months of the year to spend time with our 5 grown children and 5 beautiful grandchildren. Other months we divide our time between Lake James, NC and here in Myrtle Beach at our condo.
Steve is an avid motorcyclist and history buff. Steve and Dee can be found riding on their BMW motorcycle exploring little towns in the US and Canada. Dee enjoys photographing those adventures. We both enjoy our lake time with our friends and on our pontoon boat.
Our motto is "Life is not measured by the breaths we take but by moments that take our breath away". We hope you will find memories here in our home in Myrtle Beach that take your breath away.

We chose The Palace Resort definitely for the view of the ocean, city and forest. The sunrise from the master bedroom/great soom is beyond belief. In the evening you can watch the sunset from the second balcony. We are in love with the sounds of the ocean
The location (1605 S Ocean Blvd) is perfect being 2 miles from the airport, walking distance to market, and nearby to local attractions. . Hopefully you will share in our love for our sanctuary and return again & again.
