The condo is located on the second floor and sleeps up to six people. It's the perfect retreat for snowbirds, with everything you need to cook and relax.

Please note that routine pest control service is scheduled on the second Tuesday of each month. To help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that owners and guests allow pest control technicians access to the unit when service is being performed.



The treatment typically takes only a few minutes. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us keep the property pest-free during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

There is a great Children's Museum nearby and Broadway at the Beach is just up the road. There are two pools both indoor and outdoor and three jacuzzi's, indoor and outdoor. There is great lawn space to lay out on with beach chairs and umbrellas. It has all new furnishings, in the heart of Myrtle Beach, near the Convention Center, many attractions and restaurants are just a short walk away.



Getting Around:

Close to airport, uber, taxi and rental cars available!
