On August 5, 2026, we installed a new, very powerful Daikin air conditioning system in every room and in the living room! Accommodates 11 guests on real mattresses. A 280-square-meter luxury apartment. Refurbished hardwood ceilings 4.5 meters high, and restored antique Tuscan terracotta flooring. A total of 4 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have en suite bathrooms. We’ve just decided to rent it out for short-term stays; for the past 12 years, it has been the private apartment of a prominent senator (the Senate building is right across the street). 11 Guerra

Amazing location in a safe neighborhood! Great restaurants all around, with one of the best gelato places just two doors down. Everything was very close and within easy reach of Rome’s main tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

The caretaker met us for the check in. This location is absolutely unbeatable for large groups traveling in Rome; every major land mark is at most a 20 minute walk. The property was accommodating about having separate beds for our group and I think the property is even better than advertised. Would stay here again!

Bedrooms had air but sometimes it when off. Host informed us how to reset. Master bedroom and bathroom great. Kitchen okay. Need more ice trays. No instructions on how to operate appliances. You could Whatsap the host for information but a hands on at check-in would help. No lift and a lot of stairs. Not a good combination for my wife with a bad knee and no depth perception on stairs.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Rome and what a great location! Just steps away from the Pantheon with restaurants, gelato, bakeries and souvenir shops right at your doorstep. We visited during a heat wave and the air-conditioning was having trouble keeping up… The host had somebody there immediately and it was fixed. The pictures accurately depict the space with super cute decor and authentic Italian living. The description does list it as a four bedroom, however, the fourth bedroom is really in the living room. You can close it off for privacy, but it is also only the shared space so a little misleading… But it did not affect our trip at all. Overall, we loved it here and would definitely recommend.

The fourth bedroom, isn’t a bedroom. It’s the gathering/family room. Visiting in the summer during heat of July-August is challenging due to lack of AC and intense heat. The manager tries to get help for the AC units, but sadly we were there over a weekend which made getting workers and parts a significant challenge. So we had people trying to cool off without separate living and sleeping spaces. I would not visit again needing 4 bedrooms and definitely not in the heat of summer. I would visit again in the cooler months and with 3 bedrooms or less need. The location is wonderful.

The apartment is in an excellent location on a pedestrian-only street with excellent restaurants and very close to the Pantheon. The apartment contact was friendly and very easy to get in touch with.The downside to this apartment is the Wi-Fi log-in info was not accurate and it took a few days to sort that out. Also there are several pieces of furniture and light fixtures that are broken. A careful renovation of these items and correcting the Wi-Fi issue would give this apartment a much higher rating.

the location of this property was very good, to the many points of interests nearby.However the property was advertised as a 4 bedroom but it was actually 3 bedrooms with a mattress in the living room. This situation significantly impacted privacy and usability for our group of 6 adults There were several other issues furniture such as several broken chairs (one completely missing a leg and one with a nail poking out of it) and poor instructions from the check-in person for the wi-fi, directions where the dishes and glasses were stored and crumpled sheets for the mattress in the living room.Recommend some improvements to the furniture and check-in process and this home can agin be a good option.

The location was perfectly in Ancient Rome. It was close to several of the places we wanted to visit. The host was super sweet and accommodated us on every extra thing we requested. The home had only 3 bedrooms, with an extra bed in the living area. This was misleading as we had adults who wanted their own rooms. There was also glass on the floor—that I stepped on. Could be cleaned a little better between guest. Lights that didn’t work/-small issue but kept the property from getting a 5 star. All in all, a good stay but description needs to be clear that’s it is a 3 bedroom, not 4 bedroom.
