The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. This magnificent apartment is located on the sixth floor, with elevator, has an area of 200 square meters and consists of a large living room with beautiful view and balconies, dining room with kitchen, 4 large bedrooms (three with queen size beds mattress 190x160cm and one with two twin beds mattress190x90cm). All rooms are illuminated by large windows. There is a queen size sofabed in the living room. The furnitures are luxurious and the house is unique, with a wonderful view and very quiet. Air conditioning, heating, free wifi internet access, TV Lcd.
The apartment is located in a XIX century building with entrance from Viale Due Macelli. The location of the house is fantastic, right in the centre, adjacent to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Spagna and Barberini Metro/Underground are 3-4 minutes walking.

Perfect Location and Great Penthouse in RomeWe had a wonderful stay at this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath penthouse in Rome. The location was outstanding—close to both the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, which made it incredibly easy to walk to many of Rome’s major attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops.The condo had plenty of room for our group, and having four bedrooms and three bathrooms made traveling together very comfortable. The penthouse was a great place to come back to after a full day of sightseeing.If you’re looking for a spacious place in the heart of Rome with an excellent location for exploring the city on foot, this is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property. AC worked amazing in August and they had an elevator to get to the 6th floor. The property manager was so helpful and nice. Greta location.

It was an incredible stay from the moment we made reservations till we checked out. Francesco was very quick to respond to answer all my questions quickly, long before we got there. Each one of our family members were thrilled with the beautiful, incredibly comfortable and clean home. It was a perfect location as well. So close to iconic attractions, a supermarket and an outstanding bakery/caffe right across the street as well delicious residents everywhere. And if you’re concerned that transports and taxis won’t find the place, have no fear. We had no trouble at all coming and going. It was an amazing place to stay.You will not be disappointed. So worth every penny. Thank you Francesco.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very spacious and filled with amazing light. With a heat wave in Rome (“feels like 103 degrees” most days) the AC was amazing to come home to. We stayed as a group of 8 and had more than enough room for everyone and all our things. My only regret was that we were so busy we didn’t have as much time to just sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful space.

Absolutely amazing and spacious apartment steps from the Trevi Fountain. This rental offers multiple bed rooms and bath rooms plus a large family room and kitchen adjacent a lovely small outdoor patio. We were able to walk to all the major sites in the area. Side streets nearby offer awesome outdoor dining options. Highly recommend.

The main room was very comfortable for our family and had really nice views. It was also nice having laundry available.

Our host was fabulous. He gave us great instructions on the home and Rome. Much appreciated. The views from this apartment can't be beat!

We had an overall enjoyable stay at this property. The location truly stands out, it’s convenient, beautiful, and made getting around very easy. The home itself is spacious, with a great number of bedrooms that worked well for our group, and each room having its own balcony was a really lovely touch.Communication prior to check-in was excellent. We received all the information we needed ahead of time, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. Communication regarding a missing espresso maker piece felt slightly awkward which detracted a bit from an otherwise positive experience. That said, we still had a great time overall. The location really is wonderful, and aside from those issues, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Hello Andrea, Thank You for Your review and we are happy that You have enjoyed Your stay and You liked the property! I'm sorry for the misunderstanding with Allan, perhaps his English isn't good, but he wanted to ask if you knew where the tray for the Nespresso machine that he couldn't find at home was. Once we established that it was presumably thrown by mistake by you in the garbage, let you know that we would have to charge you for the cost of buying the missing part. Hope to host You again in future in one of our properties!

Location was central to the main sites to see and Fidia was very supportive and helpful in booking vehicle-travel.

Our positive experience started immediately after the booking process. Fidia reached out and offered various services and contacts from transportation to/from airport to contacts to help us choose the best tours for our family of 8. The spacious apartment is centrally located in the heart of Rome, walking distance to many major attractions. The large kitchen table and living room easily enabled us all to gather and reflect in our amazing days and plan for the next. The washer and dryer makes packing so much more manageable. The apartment is bright, clean and welcoming. Our hosts Fidia and Alan welcomed us with open arms and were readily available if we needed them. We highly recommend this property.

Our group of 6 stayed 3 nights after a Mediterranean cruise. The host was extremely helpful getting our accommodation booked. They assisted with transportation from the ship and to the airport at very reasonable prices. We were able to walk to all the major attractions in the area in 30 minutes or less (except the Vatican). There is a lot going on in the area since it sits between the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. Don’t settle for the tourist trap restaurants nearby. Walk just a little further and find wonderful places to eat and drink. The apartment was perfect for our group. It’s very nice and had everything we needed. We loved the kitchen/living space to recap our days each night. There is a supermarket less than a 5 minute walk for supplies. Allan was really helpful checking in and out. Rome is a chaotic place in the best way possible :)

This is one of my favorite properties. It is an excellent setup for a group of adults. The location is incredible and close to so many things. We loved it!!!!
