Located at Windy Village, this low-rise two bedroom, two bath second floor oceanfront unit is located in North Myrtle Beach. Windy Hill section is a quiet, family beach.

The living room with the spectacular view of the ocean has a 40 inch Smart Flat Screen TV, DVD, VCR with cable and sleeper sofa.New Smartcore flooring, coffe table, end tables, and chair.

The balcony has new Adirondack high deck chairs to allow no obstruction from the wonderful beach view and a balcony rail for additional dining. The second floor gives you a much better view of beach.

New appliances in Kitchen and granite counter top. Updated cabinets in kitchen.Ceramic tile floor in the kitchen, hallway, laundry room and both bathrooms. Master bathroom has been completely updated with new tile floors and tile shower, new vanity and paint. The second bathroom has been completely updated with new tile floor, new vanity, new commode,new tub with tile to the ceiling.The laundry room has it's own washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a new king bed, 26 inch Flat Screen TV, DVD with cable, new Smartcore flooring, new curtains, private bath and private view of the beach. New granite counter top in master bath.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, 20 inch TV with cable and DVD Player, new curtains and new Smartcore flooring. There is a roll-away bed in closet.

Great place for our anniversary getaway

Loved this place. Would have given it all 5 stars, but we did find a few dirty pans and dishes. None was the owners fault, but it did drop the rating slightly. Communication with the owner was great and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great location

The location was very convenient to all North Myrtle Beach has to offer. Loved the deck furniture and all the condos furnishings. The only complaint was the masters bed mattress which made you sweat. dedeck furniture

Loved it!

Loved the condo! Decorations and floor plan were really nice! Truly felt like a beach home. We stay in the North Myrtle Beach area 3 or 4 times each summer, and the Windy Hills section was by far the most quaint. Quieter and more laid back than most of the other parts of N. Myrtle Beach. The view from the condo was perfect! Being on the "B" level was ideal for that. The owners were responsive and checked on us via text once or twice. Good communication. Couldn't have asked for anything more to make our long weekend the most relaxing we've had in quite a long time!

The Perfect Place

Great place to stay. You are on the beach!!! The beach was never crowded and everyone was very friendly. The condo was perfect. Very relaxing and comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. A couple of miles away was shopping, food and entertainment.

Great Location

Property was in a perfect location for beach access and local dining. Owners kept in contact in case we needed anything. Amenities of the property suited our needs. Will consider returning in the future.

Beautiful Condo

Checked in late the first night with no problems. We were very impressed with the style of the decor. Bathrooms were recently remodeled and beautiful. Same with the kitchen. The unit was very well stocked with items needed for an extended stay. The host communicated regularly and was very helpful answering any questions and ensuring our stay was all we expected. Overall, one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. We would highly recommend and would stay again!

Beach Birthday Getaway

This last minute Memorial Day weekend birthday getaway at the beach was amazing! The only way I’ll stay at the beach is if it’s with an ocean view. Windy Village B-5 was perfect. Mr. Kenny was an amazing host especially with his quick text responses (I may have had one too many lol) This condo was beautifully decorated with beach vibes. The upgraded bathrooms looked amazing. The kitchen also had a lot of cooking essentials which made our Walmart run a little less expensive. The view, the view, the vieewwww!!! The condo is near every and anything you would ever need while there. He has a little cheat sheet at the work area listing nearby restaurants. You can actually walk to some if you want. Lastly, I will mention just as a FYI for future guests (WHICH BTW IS NO FAULT OF MR KENNY), if you go out in the evening and come back late, you may not have a parking spot and there are no alternative places for you to go. Almost learned the hard way. I will definitely book this condo again and refer it to friends and family. THANK YOU MR KENNY!!!

Quiet and Beautiful

The view from the balcony is perfect! We watched the sunrise every day and it was just beautiful. The space is very nicely furnished and decorated, and it has everything you need for a week's stay. The attention to detail is impressive; Kenny and Barbara have excellent instructions for everything from wifi to A/C to local eateries/activities. I have bookmarked this location because I'd love to stay here again. Only one note: This is a walk-up -- 2 flights of stairs and no elevator. My mom has a bad hip so the stairs proved a bit challenging, but she said it was worth the climb!

Nice condo

Great long weekend getaway. The condo was clean and well stocked with anything we needed. Our favorite place was the balcony with the awesome Adirondack chairs and beautiful view.

Beautiful and convenient

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The decor was very cute and it was so nice to be so close to many main attractions and foot steps from the beach. We had a difficult time figuring out how to work the cable but we for get it working. The owner was very responsive. Very nice for a family get away.

Great Place to Stay

This property is in a GREAT location. The owners have made some recent upgrades to the interior. It appears that they have updated everything except the second bathroom. If I had to make any suggestions for improvement I would suggest adding bedbug encasements on mattresses, box springs, and pillows. I would also suggest removing the air freshner plugins and washing linens in unscented laundry detergent. While scents may be pleasant to one person they are usually bothersome to those of us with allergies. Overall, we had a good experience.

Great place to stay on North Myrtle!

Perfect location with great access to the ocean. Made it easy with small kids to head straight to the beach. Also close to many activities. Had a great time!

Great beach location!

The unit is just as advertised. It was clean and very comfortable. The appliances were easy to use and in great condition, some appeared to be new. There were plenty of pots, pans and dishes. We especially liked the dual coffee pot (Keurig/regular pot). The view from the balcony was awesome, the sunrise was visible daily. And best of all the owner Ken was easy to communicate with.

A Perfect Week

Had a wonderful experience at this property. The photos and descriptions were spot on. Loved the kitchen appliances and accessories- one of the best I have experienced and appreciated since we cook a lot. And the view…right on the beach and just a short walk from the building. The owner was very patient, kind, and responsive with all my questions. Will definitely put this in our summer plans next year!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. Our favorite amenity were the tall adirondack chairs on the balcony. They are high quality and offer a great view of the ocean.

Wonderful place to stay

Condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, updated interior, kitchen is stocked with everything you need for meals. Loved the deck chairs !! Location is close to Barefoot landing where we enjoyed the fireworks display. Kenny and Barbara were great to answer questions. We absolutely loved this place. Will definitely be back

My wife Barbara and I have 3 children, son Tyler--daughter Ashley (Matt) and son Andrew (Abby). We have three grandchildren, Hunter 10, Colton 7, Fisher 3, and Reagan 6 months. We live in Mount Airy N.C. ( Mayberry -- Andy Griffith's home town ) We enjoy trips to the North Myrtle Beach 2 or 3 times a year. I have 2 careers, automotive sales at a GM and Subaru dealership in Mount Airy NC and I am also a insurance agent licensed in NC, SC, and Virginia.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

My wife and I searched for a condo in North Myrtle Beach for over a year. We looked at several condo's, some in the larger buildings but we decided that a small building like this seemed more like a home. In the large buildings I felt like I was in a big motel. I enjoy just walking in and seeing the ocean right in front of me or sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the waves and the beautiful sunsets.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

One of the benefits of the Windy Hill section is the low amount of traffic in the area. This section is blocked off so the only traffic is people that are staying in this area. Barefoot Landing is nearby along with other restaurants. A lot of the owner's in this building don't rent so there is less traffic and normally plenty of parking. I hope that you enjoy this condo as much as I did when I first saw it.
