Welcome to Laguna Keyes 807, in Cherry Grove, where families come to vacation and enjoy the Grand Strand. This direct oceanfront 8th-floor condo has spectacular ocean
views from your private balcony and living room! Imagine the sunrise, pictures of the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, the sprawling beach, and beyond. Enjoy unobstructed views of the sky, stars and Atlantic ocean; you will want to stay on the balcony!

Great spot

Exactly as pictured. Everything was nice and clean. The bedroom was a little tight but we expected that. I was happy there were 2 queen beds. The view of the beach was perfect. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions prior to check in.

Some minor issues

Positives - it’s small but served our purpose, condo is well stocked, fitness center is awesome, & the view amazing. We were notified the place was ready a little early. That was a great bonus. Negatives - there is one single key for your stay. If one wants to work out & another wants to go to the beach, you can’t. You need a key to lock & unlock the condo door, to get to & into the fitness center, even to get into the restroom near the fitness center. Two keys would be helpful & putting one on a stretch band for your wrist would be nice for the fitness center. It’s too easy to lose a single key. A pizza pan would have been nice. When we did our last look over the make sure we had everything, we found it could have been cleaner. The small chair in the living room looks nice but is pretty wobbly. My biggest complaint other than the key, would be the bedroom is wall to wall furniture with two queen beds, a table, & a dresser, making it difficult to get to closet & around the first bed. Not only was there little room, the spread touched the floor, making it a trip hazard. One king bed would be more practical for the space. My husband & I both use a c-pap. We had to buy a drop cord because we couldn’t get to the plugs behind the beds. With that said, we did know there were two beds instead of a king, we just didn’t realize how tight it was. There were at least two outlets that were loose & plugs wouldn’t stay in. Most things are minor & easily remedied. Otherwise was perfect!

Potential 5; Great stay!

Would we stay here again? YES! The location is ideal. We loved the balcony with its unsurpassed expansive beach and sky views. The unit was clean and well appointed, with exceptional internet access and television entertainment. Although kitchen appliances and cabinets were somewhat dated and worn they all functioned. Lily and Brian were always responsive, e.g. rapidly resolving a plumbing issue that arose with the kitchen sink/disposal. The exercise facilities are also exceptional and available from 7AM - 10PM. Though during our stay repairs to the indoor pool heater kept us from using it most of the time, the building maintenance personnel were informative, friendly and available, and replaced the pool heater before we left. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub on 6th floor with views of the marsh.

Wonderful Week!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, decorated nicely and the view was amazing! Cherry Grove is a quaint little area that is quiet and clean. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was equipped with lots of dishes and necessities for cooking. We will be back!!!

Our family is originally from Maryland. We have been vacationing in North Myrtle Beach area since the 1980s. Golf, fishing, and motorcycle trips with friends; beach time in Cherry Grove with family. We now live here full-time and recently purchased the condo in Laguna Keyes, and are excited to make it shine above all others!

Cherry Grove is a family-friendly destination. There is something for everyone. We also like the gentle slope where the beach meets the surf, making easier for walking and swimming. Being near the point, undeveloped beaches are just a beachwalk to the north.

Since we recently purchased the condo unit, we have made some improvements to enhance your stay, and plan to continue as access allows us. Ince we are local, we will be able address any feedback quickly. The building is very well maintained and is one of the nicest in the area. The building amenities are sure to please. There is a lifeguard stand in front of the building; beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent.
