Enjoy this inviting two-bedroom rental located just blocks from Main Street, where you can explore local restaurants, the gondola, and Town Park. The space includes a private deck with stunning mountain views and is family-friendly, making it perfect for your getaway. With a full bathroom, washer and dryer, and a single covered parking spot, you'll have everything you need. Plus, relax after a day of adventure in the shared hot tub. (Lodging In Telluride does not manage hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay). This centrally located gem is the ideal home base for your Telluride adventure.
Sleek Fall Line 210 sleeps 4-5 guests, features all essential kitchen, bathroom and laundry products along with an in-unit washer/dryer. There is a flat screen TV with cable, free wifi and one free undercover parking space.

Some friends and I booked this condo for Telluride Jazz. The location was unbeatable and the condo was contemporary and fun. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! You honestly can’t find a better location for fun activities close by (restaurants, shopping, festival grounds, hiking trails). The condo was well stocked and we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after long hikes. We stayed during a popular festival weekend and had no problem finding a parking spot in the garage each day after spending the mornings on the trails. We had a fantastic time and look forward to returning!

Family visit

Great location, great condo. Beds very comfy, kitchen a little tight, and bathroom needs a vent. Smoke detector kept going off after a shower. Fans and humidifiers were very much appreciated and useful!

Great location

Fantastic location and property manager was very helpful, but one TINY bathroom for a family of four was tricky. The vent in the bathroom was broken and the Wifi didn’t work. The lighting was also super dim. If all you are concerned about is location, this is your place...

Perfect Location

My best friend and I have been coming to Telluride for the Horror Show festival for 3 years now and this is by far the best place we have stayed! The location is fantastic since it’s only 2 blocks behind the main street in town and the condo was fantastic! Very roomy 2 bedroom unit with spacious bathroom as well and very nice updated kitchen. We will be back!

Everything was just as stated. The fire alarm did go off everyday around 6pm and we weren’t cooking.

Terrific time in Telluride

Our condo was wonderful! Very tastefully updated and decorated! Everything we needed was provided! The location could not be beat- right off the Colorado Street with all the shops and restaurants but so very quiet at night! Might enjoy a tv in the primary bedroom but overall loved our stay!

Telluride Getaway!

Location was awesome! It's a 5 min walk to the gondola and being in the heart of downtown Telluride was great for food/drink. The condo was super clean and perfect for two couples. The kitchen was well stocked too. Would definitely stay again.

Telluride Condo

Simply perfect!

Can't think of one negative thing to say about this property! We stayed for 4 days with our two adult daughters. Plenty of room for all of us with the nice big, up-to-date kitchen island, dining table, and was super comfortable (even on the pull-out bed!). Bright and cheery decor, and not one detail was missed by the owners. Location was perfect with the gondolas and trailhead up the street, cute market around the corner and all the bars, shops and restaurants on Colorado Ave just two blocks away - all while remaining quiet at night. If we ever get the pleasure of visiting Telluride again, we will definitely stay here!

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the party back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we will have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
