Excellent location. Can walk to the gondola, all over town, to Bear Creek Falls Trailhead and Jud Wiebe trailhead. Such easy access. We parked our car in the parking garage and never moved it. Property is exactly as listed, quiet location, comfortable beds. Small but had everything we needed and was exactly what we wanted. Property management had great communication.

Great property close to everything in downtown Telluride. In late May the indoor temperature was fine without AC, and we always found a space in the parking garage the few times we drove somewhere. The write up says “starter kit” for several items but we found the property had everything we needed for a week long stay. Also very quiet; we heard neighbors a few times but only during the day. Very clean as well and everything in the unit felt relatively new.

Excellent accommodations with everything that you need (and everything works!). The location is absolutely perfect, just steps away to the Telkuride Gondola and all the restaurants and breweries. The only thing that should’ve been mentioned in the VRBO listing is that there is no elevator for a 3rd floor condo, which makes it challenging to carry up heavy luggage 3 flights of stairs (at 8,754 ft altitude).
