Great ski in/out

Excellent location- immediate access to lift/gondola and short walk to river run shops. Condo was very spacious and had more than “starter” amenities. Plenty of towels and the robes were a nice addition.

PLATINUM SKI-IN SKI-OUT CONDO

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was absolutely lovely. Everything was clean, updated, and very well maintained. We had no issues with anything for the week that we were there. The condo is truly ski-in ski-out. You can ski right out of the door to the river run lift. You can end your day on the Decorum trail and ski straight into the ski storage area of the lodge. The management company provided wonderful customer service. I could text them any questions and they would promptly reply/resolve.

The place was very nice and the location was great. The kitchen was stocked great. Unfortunately there are a few things that let’s say dropped the rating. 3 bedroom place but only parking for one car. There are several maintenance issues that need addressed.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately for the parking we are bound by HOA and town rules. Our team is always happy to send over our maintenance team to resolve any issues if they are reported during a stay.

The condo was beautiful and clean. Unfortunately we did not have hot water for the first day. We are on a business trip so that made things pretty inconvenient. And for having to pay a large amount of money, I would hope it would be 100%.

We are so glad you found the condo beautiful and clean. We truly apologize that the issue with the hot water affected your stay. Unfortunately this was a building wide issue and was entirely outside of our control. We are happy the HOA was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner and that you were able to enjoy the rest of your stay!
