This cottage sleeps 8, has a full kitchen with 6 bar stools and a dining table for 3. The living room features seating for 7 and a 42 inch television, equipped with Dish TV.
The full bathroom has a washer and dryer and a tub/ shower combo.

The manicured back yard has outdoor seating. The front yard has a picnic table.

Fishing Trip

We have a fishing club that travels around and kayak fish. We have stayed here before. Nice, clean and roomy in the kitchen / living area. Perfect for us.

Lovely stay

We have stayed here numerous times and have been pleased every time. We have stayed with friends and brought our grown granddaughter The also enjoyed the home. It’s perfect for us as it is close to fishing and the pier. We look forward to many more stays

Family Vacation

Over all stay was AMAZING!! Home was very comfy. Came with everything needed. When i say fully furnished i mean fully furnished 😊 We loved it will definitely book again and highly recommend for a family get away.

Headed down to do some outdoor living and found the place to be better than described. Everything any group would need to have a peaceful and easy stay. Looking forward to the next trip.

We'll be back!

There was more than enough room for our family of 5, the house was clean and beautifuly decorated, communication with the owner was easy and comfortable, the location is awesome, It's less than 5 minutes from magnolia beach, 2 minutes from a little covenient store, about 10 minutes from a maraina where you can order food/drinks and even fish for $6 off the back deck!(I will say, the food at the maraina is ehh and it's over priced so keep that in mind if you're wanting to go out for a nice meal), and about 20 minutes from port oconnor! My only complaint is that there were two dogs wondering the neighborhood (they were not an issue last year) that chased our vehicle multiple times and did not seem friendly, thankfully the house has a fenced in front/back yard so it was not a deal breaker with the kids. This is our go-to spot in port lavaca. We will be back!
