This property was more than we expected. Was decorated so cute ( ocean them )This small house had plenty of room and everyone that we meet was extremely nice and fishing pier very close to home which was very nice.

Great little bungalow

Was a great stay while we visited parents down the street while other out of state family visited. Dog friendly which was great! Would stay again.

Perfect Seaside Getaway

Super sweet! We loved the location - looking right out over the water. We fished in the pier at night. We loved the unit itself - lots of little touches that made it feel homy. The kitchen was well stocked (we were able to make spaghetti). Easy in and out and the hosts were responsive. Would recommend!!!

Casual, Cozy and Convenient

The Bay View Bungalow was the perfect rental for the two of us. The location is exceptional — right on the water and a quick walk to the pier. The house is small and simple, yet feels plenty spacious and is equipped with everything you need. Good wifi and a workspace are important for my remote work setup — this house had both. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful little cottage

The property was exactly as described online. It was clean is this beautiful that was steps away from the ocean. He couldn't have been more happy with our stay. The only drawback was the consyicion on the pier, so fishing was impossible, but the accomodation was amazing

Great place to stay for a weekend fishing getaway

The property was great! Perfect for me, my husband and our 2 Weiner dogs. The bay and park was across the street and boat launch less than a block away. The place was clean and had everything you need. I would probably add a fan on the front porch because the view was amazing but it was very hot. Also a fish cleaning station would be a great addition!

AWESOME Family Fishing Getaway!!

We absolutely LOVED how cozy & quaint this bungalow was, and it was so easy to book! We were amazed by how comfy and spacious it was after driving up and being deceived "judging the book by its cover"! It also was so conveniently packed with anything & everything you could possibly need! Perfectly located on the bayfront for fishing too. The cute loft made us wish we had our 3 year old Granddaughter with us to enjoy, so we definitely will be back!

Seadrift Sanctuary

When I walked into this adorable bungalow, it was as if I was walking into a friend’s home, not just a rental. Everything was so well appointed and details I usually have to worry about while traveling were taken care of: Filtered water was sitting next to the coffee maker, shampoo and body wash was provided, beach towels were hanging by the door (just to name a few). Linda, the host, was absolutely amazing communicating with, and was extremely kind and accommodating when our travel schedule shifted slightly. We rented this bungalow to have a close location to the finish line of the Texas Water Safari (10 minutes to Swan Point), and it ended up being an excellent vantage point to watch racers cross the bay. I hope we are lucky enough to snag this property again in the future!

Great little cottage

This is a great little cottage. It is in a great location; great view. The cottage is very well equipped; very clean, comfortable and cozy. Perfect size for just the two of us. Communication with Host(s) was easy; quick response time. Easy booking, easy check in and out. Small town but (for our needs) had everything we needed. Dollar General; great local restaurants. Friendly community. This was a great place to visit. We had hoped to do some fishing; one of the reasons we chose this cottage. However, weather did not permit. Based on the location, though, I think it would be great. There are also a couple of city Parks that we thought would be great. Overall: great cottage, good area to visit. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

loved the area and the view

The listing that I was looking at online and thought I had rented turned out to be the one next door. this rental was not very well appointed and no instructions on how to operate the air conditioning. the stove took hours to turn off after using it, the faucet in the tub when you lift the knob to turn shower on the whole spout comes out of the wall., the stopper in the bathroom sink will not stay up so the sink drains. the walls around the bathroom sink was very dirty and the walls in the kitchen by the stove had food splatter on them. The bed is awful would not rent it again or recommend it. The view was amazing where it was located was perfect..
