A welcome addition to the Victorian District, Howard Grande is a multilevel, two-bedroom town home just a stone's throw away from the famous Fountain at Forsyth Park.

Park your car in the private garage and step up into the contemporary living quarters of your dreams. The first floor boasts high ceilings and an open floor plan, ideal for family gatherings and weekend getaways with close friends. Take advantage of the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and cook a full meal for you and your guests, or, step onto the cobblestone pavement and walk a short distance to some of Savannah's most renowned restaurants and cafes.

The upstairs hosts two bedrooms, each with en suite baths. The primary bedroom boasts a King size bed, and the guest room has a Queen size bed. A laundry room with stacking washer and dryer makes extended stays ideal. Expecting additional guests? Add on the downstairs garden apartment by renting the full home, Howard Grand Main + Garden, for an extra Queen bedroom and full bathroom!

Head South a few blocks and find yourself immersed in Savannah's hipster culture - with a wine bar, vegan cafe, and whole foods market adjacent to the Forsyth Park Farmer's Market. A few minutes' walk in the other direction gets you closer to the bustling city center. Stay was enjoyable and location was excellent! Near grocery , coffee, restaurants, and the park seems to always have something going on. Would suggest more than one kitchen hand towel and bath towels. Garbage disposal side was broken or not draining properly.

Great Family Min-Vacy

A quick little getaway for cousins who hadn’t seen each other in a couple of years reuniting and we had a fabulous time in the beautiful city of Savannah and enjoyed the lovely home on Howard Street.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay at the Howard Grand. It is right across the street from Forsyth Park and you can get a peak of the park from the kitchen. CLEAN! Loved the cleanliness and the spaciousness of the property. The kitchen was stocked with some essentials although we only ate in once because there are too many good restaurants in Savannah. Suggestions to improve the property are to put a lamp in the lounge (there is only overhead lighting without a dimmer) and a clock in the bedrooms. The TV is located in a strange spot far from the seating area. Lucky Savannah was easy to contact and answered all my questions. Also, we had a rental car and the gated entry to the garage was an added level of security we appreciated. Yes, we would stay there again!

The neighborhood is beautiful and perfectly located across from one of the best parks in Savannah (Forsyth Park). The beds were comfortable, and the linens and pillows were clean. The furnishings were of high quality, and the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. This is one of the best vacation stays we've had in recent memory. Lucky Savannah Vacation Rentals has never disappointed and continues to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Great trip!

A beautiful townhouse in the heart of Forsyth Park! Very clean, spacious and quiet for our get away. We were thankful for the garage space so we didn’t have to leave the car on the street. Lucky Savannah was very easy to work with and had great communication. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed a 4 nights long stay at the Howard Grande property and were very impressed with the location, cleanliness, and that it was a newer building. The garage and gate made us feel safe as well. The area is very walkable and we were just steps from Forsyth park. We only had one issue with the property during our stay and Lucky Savannah provided us with great, friendly service. We cannot wait to return and book with Lucky Savannah again.

Our Favorite Rental

It’s beautiful, clean and has plenty of space for 2 couples or a family of 4. The finishes are high end and it’s in a beautiful location, right off the park by a short block. Garage space under the home is a bonus, also! The only issue we have had both times staying here is that no one can figure out how to use the living room tv, but that’s not a huge deal since we’re out and about mostly anyway.

This is an incredibly well-appointed townhome with views of Forsyth Park from the kitchen door. I can't say enough about how comfortable and secure we felt staying there (the gated, garage parking was wonderful). And, Lucky Savannah is incredibly responsive and accommodating. I will look to ALWAYS book with Lucky Savannah anytime my travels take me to Savannah (and I would definitely put Howard Grande as my top choice for accommodations)!

Reviewer Comments: A really spacious apartment, plenty of living space, walk in wardrobes in both bedrooms and 2.5 good bathrooms.The apartment in 1 minute from Forsyth Park. There is a free bus that runs from the far side of the park (4 min walk) down to the river front, every 15 mins from 7am to 7pm. We had a car (the garage was very useful) but only needed it when we travelled outside the city.I would definitely recommend this apartment.

A fabulous home for us in Savannah

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four girlfriends went to Savannah to celebrate a special birthday. This house was absolutely perfect for us. We wish all Airbnb's were like this! Beautifully appointed, super clean, and well-equipped. We all loved it. The management company, was not only professional, they were personable and efficient. I needed a place to hold my luggage and hang out for a bit while waiting for the others to arrive and they have an office in a great location where you can leave your luggage and go out, or stay and get some work done. They were helpful with everything. The property's AC was not working when the cleaners went in, they let me know while I was still at their office, and scheduled people to come immediately. The AC people were friendly and professional too. Having a garage for the car was super convenient. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the historic center/river, but it was close enough for anything. A stone's throw from Forsythe Park made it even better. Cannot say enough good things about this place, except please don't rent it out so much so we can get it again when we return!
