The condo was very nice, get location, but one issue was there was black mold around the vent in the bathroom.

We had a group of 4 adult family members moving a new SCAD student in. We were on a tight schedule but wanted to enjoy as much of Savannah as we could. This location was perfect for everything! We did experience a couple of maintenance issues (hey - it happens) or this would have been a 5 star review! Walking distance to groceries & Forsyth Park and so many beautiful homes in the neighborhood! The extra half bath downstairs and the included parking space make this a great stay! Thank you!!!!

Perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Savannah to see the city, not to stay inside so the condo was great for what we wanted, a place to sleep. We did not cook so I can’t speak to the kitchen but it fit our needs for making coffee and a refrigerator. It was ideal location to catch the trolley and the parking spot was priceless. Yes the building is old but it’s Savannah, it should be! It had charm. Yes the bathrooms are tiny, sharing the king bed bathroom was frustrating for two adults. The property could do more to help by adding extra hooks in and out of the bathroom. The only small shelf is above the toilet so keep the lid closed! The only thing that really bothered me was the shower not draining fast enough and having to stand in water, I feel like that could be improved by management. But overall for three nights, I would stay there again.

The place was just what we needed for a weekend trip. It was perfectly located and we loved having the parking spot so we didn’t have to do street parking.

This property was beautiful and in a great location directly across from Forsyth Park. We appreciated the free parking! The kitchen was great and had all we needed to prepare a meal on site. The host was very attentive and responded immediately to a problem with the master shower and assured us maintenance would be notified. We loved the fact that there were 2 bathrooms. Thank you for a great weekend.

Really nice property just off of Forsyth Park, walking distance to the river and all the activities. Great layout, and all the amenities were top notch. Great way to spend a Thanksgiving in Savannah with family!

Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect for walking everywhere in the historic district. We parked our car in the assigned spot behind the building and hardly even used it. The condo itself has been beautifully updated and was clean. Check-in was easy. One downside is that due to the location, it is kind of noisy, especially in the front bedroom. If you aren't used to city living, that might make it hard to sleep, but a fan or white noise machine would help.

Everything was perfect!! My half marathon race started at Forsyth Park. Couldn’t have been a better place! Such a nice little home for almost a week!

My husband and our best friends stayed for Labor Day weekend just to get away and hang out. The location and stay was perfect! We walked everywhere - to shops/dining/historical locations! It was awesome!

Perfect Location

The location was great. Right across from Forsyth Park. The condo came with on-site parking. Easy to walk or drive to get around.

Savannah getaway

The property was well kept and well equipped located adjacent to Forsyth Park with easy access to the DOT line (free bus) and parking on site. We would definitely recommend this property and stay there again.
