The condo was very clean and as advertised. Great location, homey, comfortable and nice amenities. We would recommend replacing the living room furniture, but other than that, the master bed was very comfortable and everything else was great. We really enjoyed the oceanfront views as well as the pool and hot tub.

Island Royale Condo

Condo was very clean, beautiful and had a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we found wrong was the beds are uncomfortable and they need new cooking skillets. They stick and are warped in the center.

Location, location, location

The fabulous beach location with its gulf view balcony situated close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and even more beaches is a bit of heaven. This allows you to overlook some needed upgrades, asa well as less than meticulous cleaning.A coat of semioss paint on the trim, new kitchen sink, digital exterior door lock, toilet flow adjustments and more detailed cleaning would go a long way to a great impression.Happy new

Condo needs deep cleaning.

Finding the lockbox was difficult. It was located in a dark stairwell on the bottom rung of the banister. I was disappointed in the floors. The grout was black. Nice updates.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the updates in the condo, and we apologize for the concerns you encountered. Your experience with finding the lockbox and the condition of the floors is valuable feedback for us. We’ll be making improvements to the lockbox location signage to ensure easier access and visibility, and we’re scheduling deep cleanings across all units to address areas like grout and other high-traffic surfaces. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you back with an even better experience in the future.

The condo is beautiful as well as the views. It was very clean!! Only one issue needing to be addressed. There is some sort of leak in the master bedroom bathroom. You cannot see the wetness but when you step on floor tiles there is wetness. I made sure i had my slippers on when i went in there. I did love everything else about this place and would stay again.
