We really enjoyed it! Super convenient to restaurants and shopping. Beds were comfortable. Parking was easy in and out; and Mr Joe was super helpful!

This property was perfect and right on the beach. I went ahead and gave it 5 stars in all areas based on our trip as a whole. Convenient location to everything and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and souvenir shops.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and pretty well stocked with supplies needed! We will definitely be staying here again next summer!

Great condo and we had a wonderful experience and stay. Condo was perfect for our family. Our only complaint was the pool was small but we stayed on the beach most of the trip and all other amenities were excellent

Would stay here again. It had what we needed as a family of 3. Nice view and easy access to beach. Spent most of our time on beach, pool area and our balcony. Easy drives to eating places like boardwalk oyster Haus, lulus, tacky jacks, and sweet cone Alabama.

Loved our stay! Loved the location so close to many restaurants and shops! Only downside was not being able to access the pool area because the code given us didn’t work. The condo was clean and served us well!! Joe, the security guard is a true gem!

Our team sent you text message a few days prior to your check in to let you know that the HOA had to close the pool due to repairs needed which is why the codes were not functioning. The condo had a great view, easy parking and the unit was very clean. It had all the kitchen stuff you need. The pool was warm and the hot tub was HOT. Easy beach access close to all the restaurants. We had an issue with the microwave, but it was fixed right away. The management company was awesome with texting and answering any questions

Summer Getaway

Great condo in a great location! The place was clean and stocked with the perfect kitchen amenities. There is a cute coffee shop across the street and you’re within a 15 minute walk from The Hangout with shops along the way.

Great place to stay

It was a great place to stay. The only thing is our feet were black from walking on the floor and the carpet on the bedrooms could use a little cleaning. Not a dealbreaker though. Excellent room. Hope to stay there again!……and loved Joe the security guard

Nice facility, unit need updating

Facility has nice amenities (heated pool, hot tub, fitness center). Unit itself needs some up-dating; furniture wearing, missing towel bar, cabinet veneer peeling, etc.

We enjoyed our stay very much - it was my mother and myself, and this property is generally safe and well-maintained. Very much like the keypad on the door so there’s no check-in/out or “who has the key?”Condo was in good shape - I’m sure the busy summer season leaves them all in need of minor repairs.

The condo is well supplied with a beautiful view of the beach. Communication was great. WiFi did not work but I did not take the time to call about it as we were there for the beach! We’ll definitely be back!

The condo was clean. The beach view was amazing. Location is great, within walking distance to everything. There were not many blankets in the condo so you may want to bring extras. FYI the open shelves by the beach entrance with beach chairs, beach toys, and beach mats are free game items (it’s not posted) so don’t leave your personal beach items there if you want them back!!! And only leave your sandals on the sandal rack at your own risk! My sandals were stolen from that rack, I was hoping someone would return them? but they didn’t!

Condo was not that clean when we arrived after check in time the cleaning lady had us locked out of the room. Things were not that clean. Cabinets were dirty snd dishes/knife had rust on them. The door lock had an issue at first and took a while to get ahold of someone regarding the lock. Instructions given for the lock did not match the actual lock on the door. Just had to figure it out. Parking lot was fine and staff were very friendly.Beach service was also nice. You will have to rent all your own stuff if you don’t bring it. Condos do not supply anything .
