Great place. Lots of room to spread out. Easy parking. Close to coffee, food, and cocktails. Easy Uber into Louisvile restaurants, etc. Stairway a bit challenging for our age and bones....but handrails made it all quite easy.

We had a wonderful time. We were in town for a wedding and the place was immaculate when it came to space and cleanliness. The owner communication was on point. Definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Louisville area. We will be staying here again when we visit.

Outstanding Property in a Beautiful Downtown Location!What an incredible place to stay for our Bourbon Trail weekend! The combination of the historic building’s original character and the beautiful modern updates made this property truly special. We especially enjoyed the rooftop patio and the spacious living room, which were perfect for relaxing and spending time together.Jess was an outstanding host! Without us even asking, she offered an early check-in and graciously told us we could take our time checking out on our departure day. She also allowed us to use a garage for parking, which was an added bonus. Her hospitality and willingness to accommodate our group really made the experience even better.Beautiful property, fantastic location, and an exceptional host! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Derby weekend

Amazing place to stay for the derby! Very convenient location, easy walk to coffee shop and excellent restaurants, excellent host and such a fun historic loft to stay!

Guys trip to hit the bourbon trail and Churchill. Clean place, great location with local dining options.

Jess was very responsive to all messages sent. She allowed us to have an earlier check in and later checkout. Her husband Matt met us as we entered into the dwelling. He immediately met a request that we had made to decrease the temperature of the AC. This dwelling is a gem in the heart of New Albany. Very close to Louisville. I would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best experiences I have had using VRBO. The property was everything that was advertised and more. It worked perfectly for 6 guys to visit the bourbon trail. Property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more. Kitchen was stocked well with things we needed to cook at the property. If you don’t want to cook there are many places to eat in the neighborhood or a short drive to Louisville. No trouble with parking in the neighborhood. Literally can walk anywhere. I can’t say enough about how nice New Albany was to stay. The host Jess was fantastic to work with and very responsive. We will 100% be staying here again on our next bourbon trail adventure!

Jess was a great host and the property was amazing. The trip was with 7 other co workers and had zero issue. Will absolutely stay again in Jess”s condo.

Super nice loft, very clean and well equipped. Responsive manager. Good location near a few restaurants/bars and coffee shops. Definitely would stay again.

Great location and beautiful place

The loft is a gorgeous and unique place to stay. Tons of room and very comfortable. Perfect location to explore New Albany. And close to the highway if leaving it. There are a lot of steps involved inside the loft.

The Loft on Pearl

The location was just as advertised. We had a golf trip at the Fuzzy Zoeller courses and it was a perfect location. We were able to walk to dinner both nights in downtown New Albany. Overall a great experience.

Retreat with small staff

Our small staff gathered for a 3 day retreat. The host was extremely accommodating and the property offered a variety of "areas" for us to gather together to discuss plans and/or to spend individual time processing. The town was very quaint and walkable!

Six of us enjoyed a Sisters' Weekend at this great location in down town New Albany We parked the van in the garage and never had to return to the van during our stay. Dining, walking, shopping . . . and more dining were all within walking distance.The space is well equipped with kitchen supplies, the bedrooms are very comfortable with plenty of linens, space for personal belongings and refreshing shower amenities.Thermostat adjustments were suggested and controlled by the guests. Any other needed accommodations required only a text or call . . . although the place was SUPER and VERY COMFORTABLE we needed no assistance!This place was a SUPER stay to enjoy all New Albany has to offer!!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving with four of us in the house and hosted a total of 13 people for our holiday meal — and it couldn’t have worked out better. The home gave us plenty of space to spread out, and the open kitchen was a huge highlight. The large island made it easy for several of us to work at once; we even made batches of holiday chocolates and cooked our full Thanksgiving dinner without ever feeling cramped.The location is also great. We enjoyed being within walking distance of a couple of coffee shops and several restaurants, which made quick outings really convenient.Another fun bonus was the poker table in the second-floor loft — a few of us put it to good use in the evenings.Overall, it was a fantastic place for both hosting and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful, Fun, and Well-Appointed Loft in New Albany

We had a rather large group, toddlers and elderly included, stay at the loft for the PGA Championship at Valhalla and it was perfect for us. There were lots of nooks and spaces for the kids to explore (not to mention a climbing wall and hidden reading loft in their bedroom!) and a large dining table with spacious kitchen for family dinners. Garage parking space was helpful to have but the free street parking was super easy and we never had an issue finding a space for our second car. Very easy to get in and out of Louisville, and New Albany had a bunch of cute restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance. Hosts were very communicative and responded right away when we couldn’t find the entrance at first. Loved the loft, loved the location, we would return!

Charming Loft that met all our needs

We traveled to Kentucky with our 8th grade robotics team for the VEX World's championship. Matt and Jess were very accommodating hosts. The sleeping arrangements met all our needs, and the large farm table was perfect for students to do homework in the evenings. There are plenty of nice restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed the pizza place and sushi restaurants. Thank you for a fun stay in New Albany.
