The oven and Internet were not working when we arrived. Tyler was quick to offer possible solutions and then followed up the next day by delivering a new oven and resolving the Internet issue. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was adequate. Fabulous location and we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for hosting us Tyler!

Host had timely and effective communication, however the listing isn't quite accurate nor is the property well-kept. The outside couch was broken and unusable. The hot tub required substantial cleaning before it was able to be used. Inside of the home, there are cobwebs and spiders in most corners of the rooms along with several defects in the paint or areas of walls that have been damaged. The neighborhood isn't appealing and leaves a lot to the imagination. While Tyler is a kind and responsive host, I wouldn't recommend this property at it's current state.

This was a great property for our group. Everyone had their own space and the rooms were comfortable. The games were awesome except there was not a ball for the volleyball set. Loved the kitchen. It was a great space for us all to be together. Hot tub was amazing. The host, Tyler, was very quick to respond when I contacted him. Great property

We had a great time the location was great. Tyler took care of our concerns right away. The house was really nice. We went in the hot tub which was very enjoyable. The guys sat out on the porch around the fire pit. The beds were super comfortable. We ate dinner at Captain Quarters Riverside Grill. Thanks for the memories.

We had a nice stay overall, and the host was wonderful with communication! When we had an issue with a broken shower, he responded quickly and got it fixed, which we really appreciated.The inside of the house provided everything promised, and the five king-sized, comfortable beds were exactly what we hoped for when booking for a large group. The bathrooms could use a little updating and attention to detail, as the toilet seats didn’t fit the toilets properly. Adding more hooks and mirrors throughout the house would also make a big difference for guests.Our biggest disappointment was the outdoor space, which unfortunately wasn’t usable during our stay. The outdoor couch was in disarray and had bird droppings on it, making it too dirty to sit on. After seeing the condition of the other outdoor features, we didn’t feel comfortable using the hot tub either. The outdoor areas definitely did not match the photos. Just as an FYI for future guests, the house is about 20 minutes from downtown Louisville, which was a little less convenient than we anticipated when making frequent trips downtown. The surrounding neighborhood also appeared quite unkept.Overall, the inside of the home met our needs well and gave our large group plenty of comfortable hanging & sleeping space. I’m leaving an honest four-star review because I rely on other guests’ reviews when booking.

Location Location !

So close to the Louisville Convention Center. Could not have asked for a better place for a group to all stay together ! Excellent property choice.

Time with Family/Sight Seeing

this place was awfully nice for our little family! The teenager had the run of the upstairs, and we enjoyed the hot tub a couple times. the dogs loved the nice sized yard.

Great house close to downtown

I stayed here for Ironman 70.3 Louisville. It was only 12 minutes from down town and the neighborhood was super quiet. Overall great location.

Soft beds!

We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were incredibly soft, and the house was clean. Tons and tons of towels available, even seperate towels for the hot tub. They even had everything we would need for smores. We would definitely stay here again

Jeffersonville Getaway

Our group enjoyed staying in this house, especially since all the bedrooms had king beds. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the people in Jeffersonville were friendly. The only issue we had was that it wasn't as cleaned as well as we would have liked and was lacking some of the basics.

Bachelor's Party

My group and I were here for a Bachelors Party and we enjoyed our stay as it was close to all the places we would visit in downtown Louisville. Tyler was great with communication and getting the house ready for our stay.

An Excellent Property!

Family and friends stayed at this property for five days. The home is very comfortable with plenty of seating. The beds were soft, and there was plenty of hot water. We had one small issue and the property manager took care of our concern immediately. 10/10 would totally stay here again.

Easter weekend vacation

The property was as described; clean and plenty of space for 4 teens and 2 adults. We enjoyed the backyard for our pups, as well! I appreciated the multiple towels available! Thank you for a great weekend away for the holiday!

Had my brothers bachelor party. Very fun back yard and in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy to get to downtown! Would recommend to anyone looking for a couple nights out in da Ville.
