This beautiful 3 bed/3 bath Seagrove vacation home sleeps up to 9 guests. With views of the Gulf of Mexico and a private pool, you couldn't ask for a better vacation rental. Located just a short 400 steps from the gorgeous, white-sand beaches, you’re only a 5-minute walk to the Gulf. Spend your time on the back patio for plenty of pool day fun. Soak up the sun or take a dip to cool off on a hot Florida day.

On the 1st level of the home you'll find 2 of the bedrooms and the porch to the pool. The 2nd floor greets guests with an open floor main living area and the 3rd bedroom (a king suite). Balcony seating is just off the living space and leads to a rooftop crow's nest. Seating abounds for late night cocktails and beautiful sunsets.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Twin-over-full bunk, full bed. Full bath.
1st Floor, Bedroom 2: King bedroom with full bath and pool/patio access.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bedroom, TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks, jetted tub and large shower.

Head south on Pelayo Avenue, directly across 30A is your beach access point.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Summer vacation

Great house for a weekend beach trip. My family and I decided to take a short trip to the beach this summer and found the house in great condition. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Beach access was a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed staying here and also enjoyed the swimming pool.

Great Location, Okay House

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at White Sand over the 4th of July week. We had a great vacation! The location is ideal with only a couple min walk to the beach. The house itself is just okay. While it was clean for the most part, it’s definitely showing some wear and tear. The ceilings outdoors under the porches were covered in black mold which was unsightly. There is a gas grill offered but when I went to use it, it was so caked with crud and was NOT clean, I couldn’t use it at all. There were no grilling tools available for me to do it myself either. It really threw a kink in my dinner plans for a few nights which was disappointing. The house doesn’t have any kind of outdoor eating arrangement either and very little seating for the balcony(only a 2 seat bench). It has so much unused space. I was also bummed to find there were no beach items available for use. In other rentals we have stayed, there is a closet full of everything you might need to take to the beach, chairs and unbrella at the very least. So after spending so much $$$$ to rent the house, we had to spend even more to purchase or rent gear. The pool was wonderful. It was dirty when we arrived but someone came mid-stay and cleaned it. My kids really enjoyed it. So in conclusion, it’s a great house and location for a stay at the beach with family. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and the convenience to the beach. There are definitely some things that can be upgraded and addressed to make the stay even better!

Would not recommend staying here

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am not one to leave a bad review but it’s needed unfortunately. I would not stay here. The beds are awful - crummy quality and the worst sleep for all of us. Some slept on the sofa because the beds weee so bad. The furniture is cheap, too. Just needs to be updated to charge what they do. At a minimum replace the mattresses and bunk beds. Bunk beds squeezed so badly couldn’t sleep on it. Ants were all over the kitchen and the pest control never showed up. The internet never worked and was told the equipment is ancient and the owner won’t upgrade it. Was told Frontier would come out but never came. Electrical outlet in master didn’t work. Did come and replace that. Property does not have ocean view which some of the pics led you to beeline it was. It’s across the street from the ocean and about 5 houses down. Would have expected a discount for all of the issues but didn’t happen.

However, the house could use some upkeep and powerwashing. The WiFi did not work our entire stay and we did inform them on day 1. The grass was high but they did come out the next day to cut it. If we knew the wifi would be working, we would stay at this house again.

Love it.

Beautiful house. Convient to the beach. All amenities. Would like to see some extras. Some houses you leave what you buy. So having some beach chairs, baby gate and other little things would be nice. The back porch does need some work. A whole lot of mildew. Otherwise wonderful stay.

Pleasant Surprise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to 30A several times, we chose to stay at this rental for the price and location. The home is in a great location, clean and had everything we needed. The decor is not updated, however the upstairs shower seems to be newer. The beds were comfortable, the crows nest was our favorite place for coffee each morning. The pool was an added plus! The walk to the beach- a breeze. If you want a fancy house, this is not it. But, if you want a budget friendly, cozy home that is in close proximity to the beach & Seaside Square, it’s a great option.

Nice beach house

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 bedroom house was spacious and had close beach access. The bedrooms were large, dining/living space was large. The new couch was nice as well! The kitchen was well stocked, there's a Keurig and regular coffee maker and a crockpot. Grill out back was nice. A few rooms for improvement: cleaning service needs improvement. Generally speaking the house was clean but upon arrival we found old socks and washcloths around the house. The floors upstairs are wood, they could use a deep clean or some area rugs. The entryways could also use some bigger rugs to help keep the floors clean. The pool our back was great, with 4 chairs to sit in. The yard/weeds needed some attention, at Benchmark handled that quickly. Also, one of the bunk beds needs maintenance. Very wobbly and squeaky. We were hesitant to put a kid on the top bunk. Overall, decent place just a few minor details to be taken care of

Nice house

Pictures of the inside are accurate, outside pictures are very old. The inside of the house was nice and clean. The dish network boxes didn't work. In the back yard where there was suppose to be grass was just all weeds and tree stumps. The pictures showed 3 lounge chairs and a patio table w/4 chairs. That didn't exist anymore. The pool light that everybody mentions still doesn't work. There's black mold on the outside ceiling exiting from the bottom bedroom. We were down for bike week and the listing said nothing about the house being on a loose gravel road. The concrete pad in front of the house has a 3"lip from the gravel to the top of the pad that for motorcycles is really difficult to be able to park. The houses on either side are nice and smooth and leveled out. The one neighbors house still has the camera that looks like it's monitoring this listings backyard. Overall it's a nice stay, it has been updated reasonably well. Communication with management when needed was easy and quick. While the house was adequate for this stay we probably won't book here again.

Bachelorette Weekend

This house was great for a bachelorette weekend! Great location. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! The house is a little dated. One of the cabinets in the kitchen fell off the hinge the first night there. The downstairs toilet unexpectedly overflowed later in the weekend. However, the property manager was easy to get in touch with and sent someone quickly to help. The pool was great! Overall, we had a great weekend!

Seagrove beach

Check in was very easy. There were a few rhings on the initial walk through that was not mentioned The pool light didnt work The ice machine didnt work The bottom shelf of the refrigerator was broken Some of the blinds were broken I understand its alot to deal with, but you can tell the blinds were broken for a while because they had tape holding a few of them up. These should have been communicated on the listing. Paying as much as i did, i would think these simple items would be fixed. 3/5 somewhat dissapointed

A bit worn out

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home looks to be in a slow process of upgrading. The appliances are nice all but the refrigerator. It never froze popsicles and took 6 days to make 1 batch of ice cubes. The kitchen is under stocked for a house of 12. Not enough plates or cups. Also no pitcher to pour up anything. We spent a lot of time going to the grocery trying to find common things we needed but us and the other million people were wiping out the shelves. It took 3 trips to finally score a Rubbermaid pitcher. There’s no proper mattress on any bed. That was disappointing. We had 4 children with us and we picked up lots of broken glass around the pool area and on the porch rug. The home next door has a security camera system that can see into the backyard of this rental. We thought this was a bit creepy especially for our children. This home has potential but it just a bit worn out. The beach access for the homes on Pelayo and the surrounding condos is way too small to accommodate that many people. The beach is “policed” and a nice couple we met were fined $100 for being on the front half of the beach with their shade scarf. Just not enough beach for that many people.

Loved it. Great value for money

Was clean and great location. It’s about 20-30 minute walk to Seaside restaurants and shops and. 30 bike ride to Rosemary beach. The vegetation could be cleaned up and there were sugar ants in kitchen. Just fyi, did t bother us.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, White Sand was an ok place because of it’s proximity to the beach. It had an easy access, straight path and short walk to the beach. It had amenities that our families enjoyed - pool, TV with cable in every room, washer/dryer and heated outdoor shower. But our initial reaction wasn’t favorable. The wood floors in the upstairs were dirty, stovetop was dirty and gum was found in the dishes. It was also rather inconvenient that the only way to access the pool from the house was through a bedroom. However, for the price and it’s location, we were able to overlook these issues.

It is an easy walk to the beach-however be aware the public beach area is very small at the base of the stairs-two private beaches on each side. The house has plenty of kitchen amenities and space for everyone!
