New construction luxury 3 bedroom house with gorgeous view of Pine View Reservoir and surrounding mountains. Sitting on one acre lot in Ski Lake, a subdivision of Huntsville, the closest available lodging to Snowbasin which is very conveniently reachable by car in approx. 12 minute.

Beautiful location for all seasons. A perfect place for your vacation.

This perfect getaway offers guests the following accommodations:
Upstairs Beautiful High Sealing Open Concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Room with Centerpiece High Efficiency Gas Fireplace, 4K TV with Surround Sound System. Large Deck off Dining Room.

Upstairs Master Suite with Queen Bed and Luxurious Walk-In Shower. Master has Private Balcony.

Downstairs Two Bedrooms each with Private Bath/Shower. One BR King (TV), One BR Queen each with Access to Downstairs Patio.

One Stall in Two Car Garage Downstairs. For Winter Rental 4 Wheel Drive Vehicles Recommended.

Great gate way for summer recreations such as hiking, mountain biking, boating/swimming/fishing/canooing/paddle boarding etc on the beautiful Pine View Reservoir

Beautiful house on the hillside! Clean property with very comfortable beds, warm bedding and clean /equipped kitchen. Hosts were very easy to contact and quick w replys. Loved having breakfast on the patio every morning

Second time staying and it was so lovely. The house is very cozy and comfortable and close to skiing. We wish there were a king sized bed in the primary bedroom but still very nice.

Gorgeous setting and home. We appreciated the house. Wish they communicated quicker when no propane which we had to go find and pay to fill. Note that owners aren't there often so maintenance issues are hit and miss. We still would have chosen this beautiful home though.

We love this house! This was our fourth year renting it and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Huntsville. It’s close to Snowbasin, gorgeous views, well appointed and the fireplace is spectacular. It’s our home away from home when we visit Huntsville.

This is our second time staying at this house and we love it! The view is incredible and the location can't be beat. Close to Snowbasin, Powder Mountain and within driving distance for a day trip to Alta, Snowbird, Deer Valley and Park City. The kitchen is very well stocked with every spice and oil we might need. We will definitely try to book this house again on our next trip to Utah.

Gorgeous house with absolutely stunning panoramic views! Such a beautiful area with spectacular mountains and canyons to enjoy. We really enjoyed the Cascade scenic highway, Mirror Lake and the gondola ride at nearby Snow Basin Mt for an incredible brunch experience and views! Very memorable vacation!

Excellent place! We were here for our wedding and the windows made for the most magical getting ready photos. So grateful for all of the bathrooms as well so bridesmaids could get ready. The kitchen was well stocked, too. Thank you for a memorable stay!

AMAZING!

Our stay here exceeded our expectations! The house was exceedingly clean and well kept and the location and views were spectacular! We will definitely be staying here when visiting our son! I highly recommend!

We loved this place! What a beautiful view and the perfect setup for a family with adult children. Every bedroom has a full bathroom, and a door to an outdoor patio with a view. It doesn’t matter where you are in the house-the view is breathtaking. Will definitely stay here again if we ever visit this area again.

Snowbasin Home base

this is our second time at this wonderful home (and we will be back) it makes a wonderful home base for a snow basin trip. Wonderfull to chill and hang with friends.

We stayed during the winter. Great location for snowbasin. Beautiful views with a very comfortable layout for a family of 4. We would recommend this property.

Close to ski resorts Great views and accommodations Driveway can be a little challenging in snow Even if snow plowed - bur doable un AWD This is a great place to stay-
