The luxurious 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo will sleep up to 4 people. It is a spacious 1,100 square feet.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for use. It has granite counter tops, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and much more. The living room has a gas fireplace, Smart 50" TV that can be viewed from kitchen, living room or dining area! Enjoy the breathtaking views of Snowbasin Ski Resort while soaking in your private hot tub located on the balcony. There is also a natural gas grill on the balcony for year round grilling.
The master suite has a new memory foam mattress and cotton or bamboo linens, for a great nights sleep, Smart TV, jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity.

There is a queen memory foam sofa sleeper in the living room as well.
The unit is stocked with all cookware, should you decide to cook (well it is a slim possibility), a Keurig latte maker luxurious bed and bath linens, laundry supplies, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. Additionally the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience.

The unit has parking available in the common area, directly across from the unit. Also across from the unit is the community pool, clubhouse and tennis courts and trail down to the lake.

OUR UPDATED CLEANING POLICIES: Of course all our cleaning solutions kill germs and bacteria but most importantly we have installed an air scrubber that runs continuously, thus eliminating all virus and germ particles that can be in the air or on surfaces:) We also use:

which destroys all germs and bacteria in seconds without harm to the air, surfaces or humans. We do this prior to cleaning the unit and after, so that you are entering a pristine environment the moment you enter your vacation get-a-way.
We respect peoples decisions and need to travel and strive to provide the safest accommodations, being that we are trained in OSHA due to our work history.

Nice place!

Nice and clean and overall really great! The losting said 2 bedrooms 1 bath but the unit only had one bedroom and a pullout couch and 2 bathrooms. No big deal though plenty of space

Great Spot!

We enjoyed our stay, especially the hot tub on the deck. The owners were nice and attentive downstairs. We were unclear where the Tesla charger was located. It was in the owner’s garage, and they were very helpful getting us the cable, so just ask if needed. The unit was very well stocked, especially the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Our only wish was for more lamps in the living room and bedroom, as the can lights were too bright in the evenings. Great spot for a couples getaway!

Great Condo!

The condo was beautiful and was so clean and well appointed. Everything you could want in a vacation rental was provided! The private hot tub on the balcony was so nice and convenient and so was the fireplace, not just for ambience but for drying out our wet ski gear. And the host Fran was very responsive and communicative! 5 stars!

Snowbasin Gem

Fran made us feel welcome from first to last and even went above and beyond to get a kettle for half the family who love their English tea! So kind and considerate. The beds were comfy, the apartment clean and the spa tub . . . a perfect temp ! The most convenient place to stay if you are planning to ski at Snowbasin, our favorite resort (we recommend eating in the sit-down restaurant & bar in Earl's Lodge instead of the buffet, delicious and hearty portions). Thank you Fran for a lovely stay.

Great Location for family

My kids and I stayed here and it was perfect. Had everything you could possibly need. Kids loved that it was right across from the pool. Fran was super attentive and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay.

July 4th Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a quick weekend get away over the July 4th holiday. This condo was perfect. It was very close to Pineview Reservoir and the surrounding area was beautiful. We really enjoyed having a private hot tub. The condo was very clean and very well-equipped.

Snowbasin getaway

My family and I came to Huntsville to do some Spartan races over the weekend and we also enjoyed the Pineview Reservoir and surrounding trails the days afterwards. This property was perfect for us. It was myself, my husband and two young boys (8 and 5). The kitchen was big, well stocked for us to cook most of our meals during our stay. The bathroom was also well stocked which was very much appreciated. All of the furniture is very comfortable! Washer and dryer were easy to use, and it was a very clean and cozy place for us to rest. My kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Fran was very friendly and communicative. She made us feel welcome and like we could go to her without hesitation for anything we might need during our stay. All of her recommendations were very well received! We would stay here again.

Ski getaway

Very nice property, in a good location. The property manager (Fran), went "above and beyond". The property has some essentials provided and some available if you have forgotten something, or until you can get to the store. She was also a good source of information about the area. Would stay again.

Great location, spacious, amenities you want

Overall this is a great spot for skiing both at Snowbasin and Powder Mountain, and you have everything you need in this condo including the private hot tub on the deck, full size washer and dryer in the unit, and lots of room in the kitchen and living/dining area. One large bedroom with two commodes. Large table with a view towards Snowbasin is big enough to eat at and make one or more large jigsaw puzzles. Would be happy to return.

Clean, pleasant stay

Great location with access to the reservoir with a little bit of a walk. We loved the hot tub and pool. The home was very clean and had a lot of personal touches from the host. They were very thoughtful and hospitable.

Happy Mothers DAY!

Fran and Rich, thanks for letting us use your place in Huntsville. We really enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of things that were of concern, we went to use the hot tub and we couldn't get the water warm, and the blind was missing in the bedroom door to the deck. Overall, it was a nice place!

Great location!

We stayed in Fran’s place for 5 nights. Perfect location for skiing at Snow Basin and Powder Mountain. The place is clean and looks exactly like the photo’s. Great kitchen set up for cooking your own meals which is what you will need to do in this area. Get your groceries in Ogden before heading into the valley. There is one grocery store in Eden, good prices and easy to get to. There are not many restaurants in the area so we cooked every night. Loved the hot tub , views from the large living room window of the mountains and all the extra amenities that made this place feel like home. We can’t wait to return !

This is, I believe, the best place because you get the best of both worlds. Come and enjoy the winter nestled between two of the most amazing ski destinations.
There is a bus shuttle to Snowbasin and the ride is a quick 10 minutes at best and then there is Powder Mountain , only 25 minutes away, when you are just looking for a chill day of skiing or riding.
Then come back in the summer for a dip in Pineview Reservior:)
